Anthem of the Seas 18 April 2025 double booking for Hong Kong and Honolulu has seen Honolulu deleted.
Still no bookings for Ovation April 2025 but Quantum appears twice April 2025 for Honolulu.
Where do you see this?
When will Ovation or Quantum be available for booking after April 2025?
Thanks!

Hi,
Does anyone have a photo or video of an inside cabin on a Quantum class ship with all 4 beds set up? I tried looking online and Youtube and couldn't find any.
I am deciding between an inside vs. virtual inside, depending on how the room layout with beds is.

Does anyone know when specifically Allure will be reamplified in 2025?

With prices this high I am going to jump ship (pun intended 😆) to another cruise line if deals are better.

Europe is now showing on the Royal website for 2025
Kids free doesn't seem to be applying to any of the 2025 Europe itineraries I am checking. I made sure the dates I have selected aren't excluded (ie. not spring break, not summer, etc) from the kids free promo...

Anyone know where Ovation will go after May 8, 2025?

Yes, you will see various safari taxis lined-up at the Spanishtown marina. Is that $20/pp? If so that is crazy…
The taxi fare to the Top of the Baths and other points in the Valley area has been $5/pp each way. The older rates state $3/pp for a group of 3 or more, but I would expect the $5/pp rate, or $40 for the group …
I know that taxi fares have increased on Tortola for cruisers only, and that may be the case for VG as well. So hopefully someone who has very recently taxied on their own can share the current pp cost…
Yes $20pp roundtrip!!

Less than 10 minutes to the Top of the Baths or to Spring Bay…
Hi blue_water,
Are taxis readily available at Virgin Gorda and The Baths to take cruisers to/from the Baths? The ferry company wants to charge $20pp roundtrip for the taxi to/from the Baths so I was hoping to take a local taxi because I have 8 people in my group.

I predict it starts on Sunday, April 27th 2025. Cape Liberty->Civitavecchia (Rome)...Itinerary TBD.
Anxiously waiting for this to be released. I've booked NCL Prima TA departing on same day from NYC to Rome as a just in case backup.
What would make you choose one ship over the other? The itinerary or the ship?

As Odyssey is based in Civitavecchia (Rome) for Summer 2025, I would expect the WB TA to start here. There is a call for Odyssey in Villefranche on 22nd October and a call in Ponta Delgada (Azores) on 29th October.I think the TA will start earlier in 2025 than it does in 2024, probably around 20th October, and expect her to be in NJ by around 4th November.
Where would the EB TA for Odyssey in spring 2025 start? Cape Liberty? Going to Rome?

They are checking the individual port websites.
Oh I see...that's dedication!

What websites are you checking to see which ports are getting booked by Royal ships?

Odyssey: Cape Liberty, NJ to Civitavecchia, Rome
Independence: Miami, Florida to Southampton, England
Explorer: I suspect this will be split in 2. Miami, Florida to Barcelona, Spain THEN Barcelona, Spain to Ravenna, Italy.
Allure: Miami, Florida to Dry Dock in Cadiz, Spain (NON-REVENUE?)
Brilliance: New Orleans, Louisiana to Amsterdam, The Netherlands (?)
Voyager: Port Canaveral, Florida to Barcelona, Spain (?)
All early 2025 TA’s should become available in November/December, but these are my best guesses based on port bookings and other general info.
Thank you for all your sleuthing!

Can someone help me summarize where they think the Quantum class and Quantum Ultra class ships will be in 2025? I'm interested in a repositioning cruise. Thanks

Cheapest is a local bus ride (#2 or #10) then a 15 - 20 minute steep uphill walk.
There are tours which visit only St Michael's Cave - in larger vehicles than the van tours because it's possible to visit the cave without being committed to the narrow upper Rock one-way system. But I don't know who operates them.
You might be able to negotiate a van to just St Michael's Cave, wait for you (30 minutes is plenty), and bring you back.
A standard upper Rock van tour won't be any cheaper for your party of 8 - most vans hold 8, and van-loads are put together at the cruise terminal (and Spanish border & other places). But having a van to yourselves gives you the flexibility within the normal time-frame (or longer by negotiation) to spend longer or shorter time at the various stops, including St Michael's Cave. And an upper Rock tour is a much easier and more comprehensive tour than you can achieve by using the cable-car and Shanks's.
JB 🙂
Thanks John! I may do the option of bus and then the steep 15-20min walk, then walk back down back to the ship. I'll be in port for 9 hours so I think that's plenty of time unless you think it is not wise.

What's the most cost effective way to see St. Michael's cave? Looks like the cable car (one way) + nature reserve is £34.5 per person. Is a taxi tour cheaper than this if I have a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids)?

I wonder why the huge price drop for this year!

Nevermind I found my answer: Norwegian Cancels Most of Spirit’s Sailings for 2024 and 2025 - Cruise Industry News | Cruise News
“As a company, we are committed to providing exceptional vacation experiences, both aboard our ships and by taking our guests to some of the most sought-out destinations around the world. As a result of a fleet redeployment, Norwegian Spirit’s sailings from February 8, 2025, through and including November 23, 2025, have been cancelled,” the company explained.

I was following some itineraries for NCL Spirit going to Tahiti and Honolulu in 2025 but they've all disappeared. I assumed this is because NCL subcontracted this ship to Asia for part of 2024 and don't know their plans for 2025 yet.
In any case, is the Tahiti/Honolulu itinerary popular? I'm hoping to see it for 2025...right now the 2023 dates are cheap but I can't go.

Thanks everyone!
