Does anyone know the LATEST we can debark Quantum of the Seas in Seattle? Sailing to Alaska on July 1. We have a later flight back to the east coast and dont want to necessarily want to leave the ship at 9AM, part 2 would be what restraurants are open for breakfast/brunch that day.
