Hi. I'm currently in inside cabin 7161 on Rotterdam. I got sent a paid upgrade email for $399 pp for a verandah. Choices are VQ 10037, VS 8188 or VF 4017. Price worth it? Sailing is in 4 days. TIA!

To all that was wondering, it may have all worked out for the best. We are now assigned a balcony in the app and online, which is great. I don't know if I believe it because online still says "sea view" and I never got a confirmation email. I plan to just go with the flow and hopefully be pleasantly surprised with the balcony, or happy with a sea view if it changes again. One week to go. Thank you!

Hi all, I've always wanted to go to Svalbard and this cruise gets me there plus Iceland as a bonus. It's on the NCL Star. I can handle the cost of cruise with balcony, flights and transfers - but when I look at excursions in each place (I usually do non-ship excursions but I don't know if that is feasible here because of infrastructure and canceled ports??) it costs almost as much the whole cruise to see things at these places and I would have to do so much research at each place to plan my own excursions. I'm a little bummed about the idea of this now.. Thoughts? Also, if I use the airline's flights do I have no say on routing? Can I do pre-nights, etc.?

Thanks! I just booked for the Horizon out of Miami in August. Of course all balcony's and OV's were sold out like most of the sailings on the email, so at lease I got a spa interior for a tiny upgrade.

I called them and they basically said that all Sea View cabins were moved to GTY and they are working on inventory. I told them I was not happy with that answer because I was already satisfied with the cabin I was assigned for the last 3 months. They just said "sorry" and I should have an assignment by sailing time and he would note the previous cabin number and that I was happy with that. Not a great first impression I must say.

Hello everyone, I booked a triple sea view cabin 5 months ago on the Scarlet Lady with an actual cabin number. It's for the October 4th sailing out of MIA. I just got an email this morning with "it's official, you are booked" and now I have a GTY? There is also a weird $0.75 credit. Anyone have experience with this? Should I call to see what's up, or secretly hope they will bump us to a Sea Terrace? Thanks!

Can anyone who has sailed confirm that there is actually two separate $100 bonus bar tabs if both are sea rovers through status match or is it still just $100 per cabin and it just displays on each person as $100? Also, if we have DBE and the earliest boarding time to choose was 2:30 pm in Miami, I should arrive at 1:00 pm to board at 1:30? Thank You!

I'm trying to decide weather to take the ship tour or one from Curacao dreams. Similar price. My hesitation is that the ship tour may be more crowded, but sometimes the private tours are at the same place at the same time anyway. Ship tour has a "light boxed lunch" whatever that is. Thanks! Edited: I looked more closely at reviews and Curacao Dreams comes with snorkel gear in both places and takes underwater pictures to send to you included. That wins in my book.

I also take suction cup hooks from the $ store, the hot window in the sun dries (lightweight) wet stuff quick!

My apologies if this has been answered before. My last cruise in Fort Lauderdale, I remember seeing someone had a case of water on their big pile of luggage and now I'm wondering if they were able to get it delivered to their cabin or had to walk it in themselves? Thanks in advance
