They can’t even sell out inaugural cruises. That says it all. If you are a cheerleader good for you. But if you aren’t concerned then imho you certainly should be. Too much really bad history here. And I learned in elementary school if you don’t study history you are doomed to repeat it

Many new staff who don’t know the procedures. For example we had do not disturb sign out. Staff kept ringing door bell non stop. Then entered room. We did make complaint. Food and beverage manager did take care of this. We had a standing order for a food item to be delivered at a specific time. The first day it never came. This type of service is not expected of a five star cruise.

First time on Seaborn. Met loads of former Crystal cruisers. Nice folks all around. Seems to be a shake down cruise. Management responds to issues as they are brought to their attention. Many many many new staff. Not yet a five star cruise.
