    My rule is simple. If for any reason, I have to fly the day of cruise leaving, I book Flight Ease. I can count on their help if needed. If not flying on day of departure, I compare and book the best fare.

    We have friends aboard N Statendam. They are astonished pax where able to leave the ship even though rockets had been fired from 6:30 am!

    It took me over 6 months after many emails and phone calls to get my reimbursement. Submitted my request in May 2022 and received the check in December! Hang in there.
