  1. All off is just around 10am.

Take the free Passport bus to the Aquarium of the Pacific. They'll hold your bags.

    Lots of restaurants around here.

The Passport bus is located in the parking lot, under the trees.

To get to LAX could take the Flyaway bus from the Long Beach Transit station (the Passport stops around the corner).

We've been in the area a few times, but I didn't realize there was a bus that would get us to the "other side." I'm definitely keeping this information handy!

Another idea is to take a tour with Sunseeker Tours...

They will pick you up at the ship, hold your luggage on the bus, give you a tour of all of those typically tacky tourist sites (like the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, Rodeo Drive, etc.) and drop you off at LAX....

Now this is something I hadn't considered... Sometimes we like to be "travelers" but other times we've learned to embrace being "tacky tourists." If the timing works, this could be a great way to spend the day.

  2. How late can we (politely) disembark the Inspiration in Long Beach? I understand there will be new people waiting to board, but we have a late evening flight so will be in no hurry. I don't want to hold anyone up from boarding, but we'd honestly be happy to be the last people off the ship.

I also need to find some things for us to do with our time that day, so any suggestions would be welcome! We don't fly out of LAX until 8pm. We won't have much luggage, but what bags we do have we'll be dragging around with us.

  3. OK Folks! I have scanned and uploaded the Funtimes, Circle C Schedule, and Camp Carnival (9-11 y.o). Enjoy!

Love this, thank you for sharing! We'll be on this ship/itinerary next month so I've been loving your review and all the FABULOUS pictures.

One question about your Circle C experience: We'll have a 10-almost-11 year old who's used to hanging out with her teenage sister. I keep promising her the groups are broken out into a 9-11 group so she won't be with the "little kids" but on the schedule you shared I see a whole lot of activities that show ages 6-11. Are they really combining all these ages together??

My only experience with kids on board is with my then-13yr old who didn't want to have anything to do with ANY of the kids activities so this part will be all new to us.
