. We are visiting there again next week for a short port stop (with kids and grandkids this time) and I’m unsure what they might like the most. Whatever we do, I know it will be great!

We are visiting with kids and grandkids in early April. What did you do?  What did they enjoy?

    DD uses mobility scooter. Thoughts?

This will be your cabin. The balcony is wider than the standard and has no edge to go over when you go out.

Thx for posting. My daughter will have this cabin on Adventure of Seas in April. Great that she can see ahead of time.

I noticed doors between balconies. I was told that doors couldn’t be opened between balconies on this style ship. Is that true??

    Hello,

Has anyone stayed in cabin #6304 on Royal Caribbeans Adventure of the Seas? Anything we need to know. I am hoping my sons' wheelchair will fit on the balcony? Access department couldn't confirm so now I am worried as we always spend a lot of time out on the balcony but have yet to sail on RC.

When will you be cruising?  My daughter will be in that cabin in early April...we can check then for you if timing works...let me know.

  4. Have enjoyed following you.

We are doing this intinerary on AOS at the end of March with a multi generational family of 19.

Parents with teen are wondering best and least expensive way to keep in touch with kids.  The kids have access to Royal app on cell phones, if that will work anyway.

Also so have been questioned about any theme night party they should be aware of?..

Any other tips about ship, kids club, family pictures etc. would be appreciated

If your issue is walking uphill for extended periods then I'd suggest you take a taxi to El Morro first and then walk back to San Cristobal. The walk from El Morro starts a but uphill but then most of the about 1mile walk is on a downhill incline. The walk form San Cristobal back to the ships will also be downhill. There are a bunch of ramps to access different levels of both forts but you can also find a few stairs to get from floor to floor.

Would visiting forts be “scooter “friendly?   Daughter has MS and uses scooter

    Yes it is.

When you walk down the pier after you get your picture taken and through the entrance hang a left.

It is a short walk to the area that does the braiding, it is on the right.

Also, get a price before the ladies start.  So not want you to be surprised....only take cash here.

Everything is extra, beads and such......................

    Cannot remember the exact cost.

Thx for response. Are we talking closer to $10? 20?

  7. Not sure how to search posts about photography.

We will be on a family cruise on the Adventure of the Seas.  Three generation family of 19.

Seems like an opportune time to get some good family photos done.

Does anyone have any experience with this?  Any deals or packages available?

Maybe someone who's had wedding onboard, etc.

Will appreciate any and all advice or tips.

Tour company well reviewed and price

88 Euro per person, We need minimum 6 people for tour to go.

Sent from my iPad using Forums

    Is the website address correct?

Was not able to locate them

  9. Thanks for your review. We, too, are Princess elite but have been on RCCL, recently on Harmony.

RCCL seemed more casual to me, e.g. shorts in dining room at dinner. Takes away from the dining experience for me.

That being said we are taking a three generation cruise next April (19 of us) and have chosen RCCL. More activities for the kids...we have 4 teenagers.

Would gladly cruise on either line.

  10. Photography:

I had a lot of questions about the photo package before I left, and a lot of people on CC had the same questions as I did, so I'm probably going to spend what seems like a lot of time discussing it.

I purchased the photography package that included all photos taken during the cruise. I bought it for $199.99 through Royal's website precruise. We had $100 in OBC so that took care of half of it. I normally don't buy many (or any) of their 'professional' pictures. However, with my whole family being on board together, we decided to try and get a good family picture.

At the end of the cruise,.

We too are going on family cruise on the Adventure. We are a family of 19. How do you get everyone’s pictures in your package?
