Can you get reservations for Grease or is it first come?

Was the formal night the 2nd night? Did you go to any specialty restaurants?

Has anyone used Karanda tours and if so would you recommend them? We are considering using them for a group excursion.

In May 2015 4 couples will be staying in Seattle for a couple days before going to Vancouver for a couple days pre cruise. We would like to take the train from Seattle to Vancouver. Can anyone give us suggestions on what train and what stations we should use? Any information and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

We are staying in Seattle for 2 nights pre cruise in May 2015. Can anyone give any feedback for Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown and Hotel Vintage? We will then go to Vancouver for a night before we take the Radiance.

We are doing a pre cruise stay for 3 nights prior to our Radiance cruise on May 29, 2015. We are looking at the St Regis and have a couple questions. Has anyone stayed there and what is your opinion? What would the taxi fare be to the cruise terminal?

Thanks for all the responses. I should have been more clear. We are 5 couples ranging from 40 to 60 yoa. We have booked the Radiance out of Vancouver for the 5/29/15 sailing with a 5 day cruise tour. We are planiing to stay 2 to 3 days pre cruise as well as 2 to 3 days post cruise in Anchorage. We are trying to find a "best bang for the buck" hotel that's safe and clean and some suggestions to make it the best trip possible.

A small group of 10 will be cruising to Alaska in 2015 and will be staying 2 to 3 days pre cruise. We have never been to the Northwest and we need recommendations. Would it be better/cheaper to stay in Seattle or Vancouver? Need hotel recommendations as well as transportation options for Seattle / Vancouver. Any suggestions to make the trip better would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with you 100%. If specialty coffees, juices, and bottled water are not included, I personally would not even consider this package. On the other hand, if RCCL monitors and reads these posts, maybe they will reconsider and include them. Otherwise, it is another $400 of potential revenue that RCCL could have had from me that I can now save to spend ashore on shopping and bars/restaurants at the beach.

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel for a post cruise stay in late January? Would like to have something on or near the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and things to do and not too pricy. Do not plan on renting a car.

I am looking at 2 different excursions with them in Grand Cayman. Has anyone booked with them? Do they have a good rep? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

We will be flying into FLL the morning prior to our cruise on Emerald Princess. Is there any descent hotels in safe areas that has a shuttle pick up at the airport to their hotel and then a shuttle to the pier? Would the hotel be close to restaurants?
