We are doing a b2b cruise. If I purchase OBC for the first leg and don't use it,how can I transfer it to the second.Can I get cash back at guest relations and then pay it back in for second cruise? Don't want to put more money in the pot than I have to as we have drinks package.Its just for laundry and extras.

I have got a reference number but it's an Australian reference number so Celebrity UK offices can't access my booking.

All the prices for my cruise shore excursions are coming up in Australian Dollars in the my celebrity but I'd like to pay in GBpounds. Tried to book them by ringing Celebrity here in UK but they couldn't get into my booking.

I am in UK but my travel agent has booked my cruise through celebrity Australia. Has anyone got an email for their customer services as Celebrity UK can't deal with any queries on my booking as I have an Celebrity Australian booking reference and so they can't get into my booking[emoji35]

How do you go on if you want to do your own tour on the changeover day?

We are looking at doing a tour in Sydney after our Australia cruise before going on to New Zealand. What time will we be able to leave the ship and would we be expected to reboa red at a specific time. ??

We have never sailed Celebrity before. We have a classic drinks package each. If we wanted to purchase a bottle of wine in M.DR.and take to share in our cabin(as we've sometimes done on Princess ,what discount would we get off this bearing in mind that we both have package.?.

It's ironing I'm worried about. 1st Celebrity cruise. I am used to ironing my stuff in the laundry on Princess!!

How much did you pay for the extra bag on BA. We are flying LBA to Heathrow then to Singapore for our Solstice B2B Australia &NZ. Worried about luggage seeing as though there's no laundry and no shower washing line . Not too happy there being no ironing facilities and not being allowed travel irons.

I am also wondering about laundry. We are considering 32 night cruise and stay on Solstice. Have never travelled celebrity and I usually use self service laundry on other lines for ironing and occasional washing. Don't suppose thy have irons on board??

We are considering Celebrity for the first time .We usually sail Princess. As a couple ,we usually pay one lot of gratuity and then individually tip also.

To secure my time dining when booking ,auto gratuities have to be pre paid. Can we remove one lot when onboard and individually tip as usual?

Our waiter on the Coral said they cannot sell wine to under 21 but the parents could give them it. That takes the selling of alchohol away from Princess. On other lines parents sign a waiver.

We have had leftover pre purchased obc refunded twice .We pre purchase with our debit card as you sometimes can get a better exchange rate.

For USA passengers it is refunded back to their card but here in UK we get it as a cheque.It takes a while but it does come. If you ring Princess they will advise you. Here in UK I was given an email address to use to request refund .You could have had cash back from Passenger services desk onboard but only in US dollars.
