Is there much shopping around port area?

Yes I’ve checked on site but it’s unclear about when(on ship) or where to get test

Cartegena requires Covid vaccination but it says if not you have to get tested. Did you know anyone without vaccine card and how the testing was done?

Is there a hotel close to Fort Lauderdale cruise port with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms? Also any hotels to keep luggage after returning before a late flight? thanks in advance for help.
