  1. I couldn’t load any plans…but I’m only using my phone. Maybe I’ll have better luck at home.
  2. Most likely it was Old Amsterdam cheese if it was from that shop in St. Maarten. MMMMMMMMMMM!
  3. I’d say 30+ years ago. Only because I started cruising just over 20 years ago and I’m all for getting rid of it! 😂
  4. In my humble opinion, this right here is exactly why I think the dress codes (other than maybe no bathing suits…) need to be done away with. For folks who fly in, it adds coat to have to pack that much extra. Times have changed. What someone else wears to dinner doesn’t have that much of an impact on my enjoyment of the experience. If someone wants to dress up, they should. If someone doesn’t, they shouldn’t feel like they can’t experience the offerings because they can’t. I can go on and on about this, but I won’t. Have a great trip! 😊
  5. The only time our doorbell was rung (that I know about) is when my husband opened the door. Otherwise, no other rings.
  6. Full spectrum of dressiness. We had the UDP and ate in the specialty restaurants the whole week, so I can’t speak to the MDR. People showed up in tuxes and others showed up in shorts and tees. No one was turned away wearing shorts. So, I’d describe it as a free for all on Allure, too.
  7. That’s one of my biggest fears to doing Royal Up. 😂
  8. Per the C&A Top Tier event, there were 5433 guests total this sailing.
  9. The carousel is in middle of the picture. It’s got the blue and white top on it. The hot dog stand is off to the left. The picture was taken from the walkway into the boardwalk area, so the hot dog stand is obscured.
  10. Was on the Oct 1 Allure sailing. First lunch at Sabor, the menu we were handed had the cocktails at $13. A few days later we were handed a menu that showed $14 and the app still had $13. Yesterday, we were given a menu with $13. So, it’s coming, folks.
  11. In the spring, we decided to finally upgrade our hurricane wood to accordion shutters. Signed the contract in April and were told 16-20 weeks for installation. They are supposed to be installed on the 3rd. 😢 But, we’re on the east coast. And we are supposed to be leaving on a cruise next Saturday. 😭😭 Won’t be able to if the storm hits Tampa badly as my parents live there. We’ll need to help them out if it’s bad over there.
  12. Usually the first week in December. We used to cruise that week every year and they were setting up as we were boarding.
  13. Because it may or may not contain alcohol in it. I know of a theme park complex which doesn’t allow alcohol outside the gates.
