The shuttles are actually large buses and are free. It's a very nice long drive into La Paz along the beach. They end at a bus station in town.

We just ordered (Amazon) Clorex Bleach Free hand sanitizer. We have used this on many cruises and vacations. They also make a hard surface wipe that will attack noro! I also travel with a can of Lysol to make the cabin clean and fresh. Hope this helps.

The hard surface wipe is Clorox Hydrogen Peroxide Cleaner Disinfectant Wipes.

Just went to Mazatlan on the Norwegian Star. It was wonderful to be back. We felt very safe and had a great time . Lots of "tourist police" around. Rode in a pulminia to the Gold Zone and had a margarita and lunch at Pancho's ...😃

We got off the Sapphire on March 11. There were problems, but I think everything will be okay. They had a team of workers on board just working on tv's. I did get to watch Captain Phillips....😊

Just got off sapphire and new 40 inch tv's were installed...also lots of on demand movies.

On our last cruise we showed our Elite cards to a crew member and were escourted to the front of the tender line.

Has anyone been to Mazatlan yet? Not sure when the Star starts going there....

Here's the recipe my daughter-in-law used last night. It was delicious, tasted exactly like on the cruise.

8 oz dark chocolate (she used regular chocolate)

8 oz butter

5 eggs

5 oz sugar

3 oz flour (2/3 cup)

Melt chocolate & butter

Mix eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes, add the flour

Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix

Pour into greased ramekins (makes 6)

Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.

She made them early in the day, we popped them in the micro to warm and they were perfect!
