  1. Thanks for posting this question OP, hubby had been suggesting we should look at this package rather than just soda and I wasn't convinced, having seen the list above I am now pushing very much towards booking this package, you did a good job for RCL and parting me with my money to them ;)

I assume these drinks would be available on the Vision?

  2. Just wanted to thank the op for posting the question, and all the others for replies. We are looking at an Alaskan cruise in 2017 (I know still far away) and seeing whales is my top priority, I know wildlife in general is mentioned, but is there a 'prime' time for seeing whales? I understand nothing is guaranteed.

  3. We booked through a TA and they forwarded on to us a copy of the Confirmation Invoice from RCI. On that was a 6 digit reservation ID.

I logged into my C&A account online and linked the reservation myself, although our TA did take both our C&A membership numbers when making the booking.

If you haven't got it, I would see if your TA can provide you with the reservation ID and just link it yourself.

I've got the 6 digit reference and I've added it to my crown and anchor society online. Should that be sufficient?

  4. Hi

It's been a while, cruised for the first time in 2012 on Freedom, I've just booked Vision for this November out of Tampa. When I booked online last night, there was no option to enter crown and anchor details on the cruise 1st website. Called today and they advised they've taken the option to add them off because it's been messing with cruise pricing :/ And that I should add it once I've boarded the ship.

I'm new to this, but surely I want the booking linked to my crown and anchor before I go?

  5. oooo, that'll be fun for us! ok, someone asked us then...do they have to have connecting staterooms to open the divider between balconies? Say two couples have adjacent staterooms but are not connecting staterooms - can they on Freedom of the Seas connect the baloncies?

Yes they can, we did this on our 2012 cruise, we had adjacent but not connecting rooms :)

  6. Out of interest, I just had a quick look on one of the well known US sites, and it is showing as $300 cheaper than RCI UK website :/ does anyone know what extras I would be likely to add to the cost they're showing online? (Other than gratuities etc which I would have to pay here) I am seriously tempted at the price it's showing. I might have to give them a call on Tuesday...

  7. Hi,

We took our first RCCL cruise in November 2011 on the Freedom of the Seas for a week, joined Crown and Anchor afterwards but apparently have completely lost my paperwork they sent me :o

I'm considering booking Navigator of the Seas for next October out of Galveston, but obviously want to register that we are members, will I be able to get the info by calling up customer service? Price is currently £768 for the 2 of us in a promenade room which seems reasonable?
