https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/OFAC-Enforcement/Pages/OFAC-Recent-Actions.aspx I have looked at the Tresuary site OFAC They would know and control sanctions. Most recent has to do with Venezuela all during April. Travel sanctions all go back to 2017. This is where your paper work (people to people) was filled out for visas As of today nothing under recent actions. I could not find any actions or dates affecting our cruises. Just keep watching. I think this was to warn Cuba about helping Venezuela more than stopping visitors.

That's the big problem no one knows. Last time they changed the rules took 6months to setup. I have read 8 articles so far. All come up with almost the same idea. Most seem to feel you will need to be strict with the rules for Helms-Burton. That was that visa people to people we signed. All seem to state no one can come up with date except the lawsuit May 2. My gut feeling that they would not really want to affect Fl economy. Hope it is a lot of bluster and little regulation changes. May 27th is our target date to sail. Meanwhile just have to keep and eye out for any more info

I sail on Sun the 27th of May so I hope the dust will settle by then Let me know how it goes we are next week

I was being sarcastic. It will most likely take weeks for the actual rules and reg to get implemented. So many times the wheels of the govt grind slowly. Waited 2 months for a simple permit one time is my example. If you noted they said in the coming months?? No date per se.

It looks like the normal govt time frame is in effect. I hope that means all of us booked thru July are safely going. That May 2 was for law suits that will most likely go nowhere.

As far as I can rea and locate info May 2nd is the date to file lawsuits against Cubans. Travel stoppage still not mentioned. It is a wait and see. Like most govt actions. Hope to be in Havana May 29 on Sun

My family is all checked in Visas etc. I looked at edoc's for my cousin and myself. She has no printer. They look identical. Will I just print one set of edoc's except for luggage tags of course. We are arriving in same car. I am first name and contact number I guess you would call me the primary guest. Do we check in as cabin or by last name. There are 3 in our group

So true. Grand's cell never more than 1 foot away. My daughter also has a cell phone appendage. Me I'm now more of the "Gibbs" persona LOL. Even tho when I was so much younger and just starting out in the employment real world and mainframes were King I programmed in machine language and rooms of keypunchers collected the data ; lap tops and cells were science fiction. Think I will go unlimited starting on Tuesday. Monday in port so hot spots all around. Thanks

How does it work. Is a login assigned to one user. Could another one login. Not at same time of course. If assigned to Grand and I just wanted to check e-mails Would I be able to use her log in.

I'm from the generation that likes to hear a voice instead of get a text. Or only turns on cell when I'm out and about since I still have the relic land line LOL. Question to you techies. I am taking 25 yr old grand and cell phone addicted daughter on Sun to Havana. As a perk took WIFI. Would the Social media option be the better for my family? They What's App, Face Book and Twitter all day it seems. These go thru cell phones I believe so is the Social media option my best bet? Any input appreciated.

I was not saying it gave you visa., It was the affidavit that you were aware of the rules and sanctions so the visa could be processed
