One of the two cabins was booked as a guarantee since there were no rooms left to choose. Still no cabin assignment as of right now...

One of our three cabins still shows guarantee status as well. Keep me posted if you get any updates on your guarantee cabin, I'll do the same.

I'm thinking the moveover offers must be a combination of contractors/workers having to stay onboard to work on the finishing touches longer than expected. And/or having to accommodate a group(s) as you stated.

Yes! They are accessible. Go aft on decks 10-16 and there’s a door out to that area. The deck gets wider the higher you go. Fantastic views! Also found the entrance to the Signature Lounge.

@CanadianBurger .. the outdoor AFT set of stairs that can be seen on the decks above the Wake View Terrace.. Are they accessible by passengers, or crew only?

Hi everyone, 

Our 3 reservations we have on the Sun Princess (March 19, 2024) 10-night sailing received the ‘MoveOver’ offer today.

Thought I’d share it for reference. 
 

If this were my wife and I traveling, we would jump at this offer. 
 

But I am cruising with my mom and her best friends. My father’s wish before he passed was that my mom would get to see Europe since they had always dreamt of going, but never got to. Needless to say, this is likely a once in a lifetime trip for my mom. So we’re going, and Princess better make it memorable!  (I hope they’re listening.) 😉

He did report some motion in the AFT, Horizons Dining Room last evening, excessive rolling side-to-side motion. Other portions of the ship did not have this same feeling around the same time, per his reports. 

Overall no vibration and the OP's sailing has had high winds, rough seas on previous day(s).

From your own experiences, up til how many days before your cruise can you submit a Princess Upgrade bid?

Did anyone submit a bid less than 7 days before your cruise and have a successful upgrade?

For those of you currently onboard, taking the time to post information, your feedback, photos, videos. We all really appreciate it. 

Despite the hiccups, I hope you all still have a wonderful cruise. You all deserve it.

Hi everyone, my grandfather is looking to book the Mariner of the Seas (4 night) on April 18, 2024.

He only wants to book it though if he can purchase 'The Key'.

Is there any way to find out if its available before he puts down a deposit/full payment?

Has anyone been able to get an answer from Princess as to what sort of guest capacity the ship is sailing at for any of the upcoming sailings?

Quick stop at Zelenika, already enroute to Civitavecchia. Didn’t even look like they docked. Maybe it was for photo ops as previously mentioned. Crappy weather there though, so not sure how well that could have gone..
