We just booked an Alaska Cruise on the NCL Bliss. It includes a "Free At Sea" package. Drinks - I know that it covers any drinks up to $15, but how does the Specialty restaurant work? Is there a price limit? Or can you order anything? Can anyone recommend which restaurants I would get the most bang for my buck?
