I was unable to book a 7:30 show with a 5:30 dinner reservation. Was told it was because I had a party of 8 and it had to be 2.5 hours in between so ended up with the 10pm show. So, sounds like it is based on dinner party size but not sure what the limit is.

Our price dropped by $2k after final payment but because we had 2 kids with us we got nothing. They said it was because the promotion was different. We tried again when the promotion was the same and were told it was out of the date range (whatever that meant). They finally upgraded us after our TA kept calling and calling.

I have a dining reservation for 5:30 and it would not allow me to book a 7:30 show. The error message just said 'We've encountered an error. Please log out and try again later.' After trying for several hours I finally did an online chat and found out you have to have 2.5 hours in between (we have a party of 8). Would have been nice if the error message would have said that.

We are having issues as well on our flights from Columbus to Rome - in one month. My parents have a 7 hour layover and they have all of us flying home to LaGuardia and then JFK to Columbus. After multiple calls from our TA for the past 3 weeks, they say they will fix it but we don't know when. By that time we won't be able to sit together. There are 8 of us in 3 cabins and on 3 separate flights going over. Never again.
