    How far in advance of a cruise do drink packages become available online to book?

    I reached out to the office of Mr. Bayley the other day and they got right back to me and made sure the issue was fixed ASAP. The guy apologized. It made me happy to have such a quick response. I got a reply to my email the same day I sent it. They then called me.

    I agree! I emailed Mr. Bayley and got a email response from someone in the executive office the same day. They called me the next day. So they truly do respond and it is not a basic call center person.

    Does Royal no longer have an IT department? Why after weeks are we still getting the opps something went wrong message? Do they not want people booking cruises. It truly makes no sense.

    Anyone else get a great deal on a Voyager of the Seas 8 night cruise? For our January 19th, 2024 cruise it is only $1420 for our balcony room. That price is total for the 2 of us.

    The one we booked for January 19th 2024 has a fantastic price. Just over $200 more for a balcony from an inside. That includes my diamond discount. I agree the 8 days sailings on Voyager are running at a great price.

    So I went to do a mock booking for our January 19th 2024 Voyager of the Seas cruise to see if the price changed. When I tried selecting that sailing it said oops something went wrong. I then tried a few other Voyager sailings and the same thing happened. It seems to be the 8 night sailings getting that opps message. Anyone else have this issue? I wonder what is going on?

    Interesting that it is mostly people in Lido deck cabins getting moved.

    Has anyone received an email from Princess saying they got a cabin upgrade. We are going on Regal January 22nd if next year (2023). We were booked in a forward inside cabin on deck 16. We got an email saying we got upgraded to a mid ship inside cabin on deck 12. I wonder why the upgrade? Curious if this has ever happened to anyone.

    Hard to tell from video but do you know if it is a push door or automatic sliding door?

    Has anyone stayed in balcony cabin 1838 , deck 12 on Voyager of the Seas? How is the location / room? Is the door to outside walking track right next to the room?

    It sounded strange to me that they could not put it in my name. Luckily it is all straightened out and we booked our cruise.

    Are we definitely sure it was during the 2019 amplification? The article said nothing about the panoramic ocean view cabins. And I already new about the amplification.

    When did Voyager add the deck 12 balcony and panoramic ocean view cabins? Did those exist from day 1 or added later on?

    My parents are on a cruise now. My mom booked a furniture cruise certificate for my partner and I. It is in my parents names. The lady at next cruise told my mom I can go in and change the names to mine and my partners and book the sailing we want. How do I go about doing that? Any help would be appreciated. I am sure there are many of you who have done this often.
