  1. It’s been many years since we have been on Celebrity and previously mostly travelled Aqua where I know bottled water was provided in cabin. Upcoming cruise we are in Concierge. How much is bottled water to purchase onboard?  We are Elite Plus.

  2. Log in with your email then choose forgot password, they will send you a code to update your password. I updated with my original and can now get into my account but as far as status it says “regular “ we were discovery plus

I’m amongst those whose account email is no longer recognized by the new system. Although we are Discoverer Plus, our last Azamara cruise was in 2016. All the difficulties they are having certainly explain why other cruise lines continue to use their legacy systems. I’ve contacted Azamara Cruises, but don’t expect a quick response.

Same! Not a good look for their administration. Whoever in charge of getting new website don’t know what they are doing. It should have been tested inside out and sideways before giving a date it would be up and running. If you know what your doing and experienced that’s rule #1. It’s a very complex undertaking but they (I think) got sold that it was simple. I’ve been involved in new website implementation and you should see it before you believe it.

Just wondering which Chef’s Table you did? We are hoping to do one next month but will need to decide.

    Thanks

We did the Italian, the food was beautifully plated, tasty and  plenty of courses. Most of the items available on the specialty restaurants menus. For us we did not care for the table setup. Long high top (looked lovely but not extremely comfortable). If you’re on the end seats it’s difficult to hear or converse with anyone other than those directly across from you.  Also the accompanying wine with courses was just a bit much - perseco, white wine, red wine, port, sweet dessert wine.  I don’t usually leave a glass unfinished nor my husband but in this case we could just not consume it all.  Certainly worth a try but we have had better experiences on Princess where they had tour of the kitchen, pre dinner cocktails,  large round table setup, the whole experience not only about the food but very social.  Now to be fair perhaps Princess does no longer do this (it’s been a long time since we’ve been on that line) but that was our point of compassion.

  5. Yesterday booked 16 nights Central & South America leaving Miami January 27, 2023

checked online booking at Azamara site, all looks good BUT their online brochure has the ship doing a cruise in Egypt during that timeframe and NO South America itinerary and roll call has a post reference to their Egypt cruise. Hopefully I am just missing something or reading incorrectly. Any thoughts or clarification?

  6. A number of years ago we got our own visas on a two day cruise stop.  We booked Peter’s walking tours and had a great experience.  Day 1 a private tour of Hermitage with an art history major who spoke perfect English, day 2 a food and market tour with Peter himself.  Make sure you have sufficient Russian currency for cab fare.

  7. Its been awhile since we have cruised due to illness but currently considering an Alaska cruise in 2020 with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who would be 2 1/2 at the time we are planning.  She is very use to restaurant dining (gets out to restaurants more than we do) and so far is easily occupied with story books and cheerios.

My husband and I have done Blue many times but I don't recall children.  I might add that should she become unruly one of us would immediately take her out of the dining room.
