  1. A number of years ago we got our own visas on a two day cruise stop. We booked Peter’s walking tours and had a great experience. Day 1 a private tour of Hermitage with an art history major who spoke perfect English, day 2 a food and market tour with Peter himself. Make sure you have sufficient Russian currency for cab fare.
  2. We will be in Nuremberg one night prior to starting Viking Romantic Danube cruise. Ideally we would like to book into a nice 4 to 5 star hotel either walkable or short taxi to port. Any recommendations or advise appreciated.
  3. My son, daughter-in-law and 2 yr old grandchild are booked in a sunset balcony cabin which accommodates a 3rd person. Is it a made-up sofa or a bed which comes down? If bed which comes down - does it have railings? Thanks
  4. Its been awhile since we have cruised due to illness but currently considering an Alaska cruise in 2020 with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who would be 2 1/2 at the time we are planning. She is very use to restaurant dining (gets out to restaurants more than we do) and so far is easily occupied with story books and cheerios. My husband and I have done Blue many times but I don't recall children. I might add that should she become unruly one of us would immediately take her out of the dining room.
