  1. I think my earlier question about internet options on Fantasy was overlooked - does anyone have any info on that?

    Thanks!

I was on the Empress deck and had perfect wi-fi in my stateroom. In fact, it was faster there than in the hotel we stayed at before we cruised. However, I imagine I was on the same deck as the wi-fi signal, so I am not really sure how it is on the lower decks.

  2. Gosh, is this another cultural difference ? It's really not at all uncommon for a 2 year old to be having a bottle of milk at night in the UK. Certainly not something that would cause the comments that have been made here.

Although I have to say, if you can get them used to room temperature it's much easier. DD has had room temperature formula from birth, we then had the opposite problem when introducing food as she didn't like anything hot at first.

Perhaps it is cultural. But, my pediatrician made me believe that I was going to rot my sons teeth and give him a speech impediment if he didn't get off the bottle around 1.

  3. They had the same/similar item on RCL last year. I did the math, and the price per liter was more expensive in that bottle, so I bought multiple standard 1L bottles. It did come with a pocket flask, that was wrapped in the purple baggie material as a bonus gift. The clerk at the shop said no one was taking the gift with the big bottle purchase, so he let me have a flask anyway!

I did not care about the big bottle, got the gift anyway and saw the big bottle as a pain to travel home with.

If the price per liter was less in that bottle, I would have no complaints about wrestling that bad-boy home!

I think that was it! The Crown flask. Well, maybe it will come with a gift, if it doesn't, I think I will still get it for him. Now... where would I store such a thing...

  4. From our last cruise, I remember seeing a GIANT Crown Royal bottle in the liquor shop on board. It was the biggest I have ever seen and it came with some sort of gift, but I don't remember what it was. Can anyone tell me the estimated price for it? I am thinking of getting it for my husband when we go in May but I would like to be prepared money wise.

  5. I was feeling dissappointed that the Elation would not have the Waterworks but according to the carnival website, diapered children are not allowed in the Waterworks area. I'm sure its expensive but I think Carnival should consider installing the needed filtration system to provide water activities to the little ones. .

They aren't allowed in the splash zone? I thought they were since it isn't a pool but goes right down the drain.
