I am sorry Chamima -- Dave's comment must not have registered in my brain when I read his review.

Dave,
Were you informed of the gifts that were made to your on-board account? Did they show up at all? As indicated, I am just curious.
Thanks again for a wonderful review and fantastic pictures.

You hit it!! Just a glass of cheap champagne. Nothing else unless you are Elite.
Enjoy your cruise.

David --
You have been, without a doubt, one of the best traveling companions I have ever had -- even though it was done vicariously!! I was on the Royal two weeks before you and lived my adventure all over again through your eyes. Thank you for another glorious trip. I would give you an A+++ for a grade.
I wish you a fun tour in Fort Lauderdale and a safe trip home. I can truly say that we all are looking forward to future posts and cruise reports. You are an amazing human being.
Again, thanks for sharing your thoughts, perceptions, adventures, pictures, and your life with us.

Hi Dave --
Have you had the opportunity to read all of the sayings on the elevator floors yet? It was amazing to discover that most folks do not pay attention and were not even aware they were there. Some are very thought provoking.
Enjoy your day.

WOW!!!! Four "Love Boat" blasts today. How lucky can you get???
Wishing you calm seas and following winds. Enjoy!!

Hi David --
I have made a gift OBC for you. Please use it to buy internet minutes so that you can keep us all in the loop. You are doing a fantastic job with your report and pictures. It will not be posted until the second segment of your trip so do not worry if it does not show up until then.
Just a big THANK YOU!!!!

Hi Dave --
Thank you so much for the pictorial review of the Royal. We were on her last month and two areas I missed were the Concierge Lounge/area and the Wedding Chapel. Could you cover them for us??? I am truly appreciating your efforts -- pix are wonderful! You have made so many people happy with your decision to sail and, from your reports, you are in that group also.
Kudos -- keep up the good work.

Ernie --
I have set up a blind e-mail account at silverbirdnora@aol.com. Please contact me there.
Thanks...

How can I reach you to discuss a couple of questions I have? I do not want to post my e-mail address or my questions on the forum. Thanks for any help you can give me.
I am the person who suggested you visit/tour the medical center on your next cruise.

Hi Ernie --
I was on the same cruise as you and thoroughly enjoyed re-living it through your pictures. I do, however, have a question -- and I am not flaming you or anyone else who did as pictorial review of the Royal Princess. How come no one ever takes pictures of the Medical Center? I went down there and was warmly received. I did not have a complaint but asked if I could see the facilities. The doctor introduced himself and showed me around. Fortunately, they had only one patient and he/she was resting so I did not interfere with their care.
Loved your review and concur in so many areas. All in all, in the future I will return to the smaller ships.
Been there, done that. Silverbird

Fifteen cruises or 150 days at sea -- whichever comes first.

I have taken "footies" to several crew members. They are on their feet all day and I have been told that it feels good to get out of their shoes and pad around in their fuzzy footies. Just an idea.

Hey Tim --
DH and I are the middle couple in the back row of the lower section!! He has on a green print shirt and my white hair shows up easily. This is our favorite show every time we cruise to Hawaii. From the littlest girl to the charming young man, they all were darling, talented, and not the least bit shy.
Mahalo nui for posting.

Glad to see you back. I was beginning to worry about you and Terri.

It is fun to re-live the cruise through your review. We have two more booked and hope that they are going to be as much fun. I am looking forward to reading more. Hugs.
I prefer to remain anonymous -- at least for the time being.

I hereby, formally, give you permission to post our picture. But . . . please post a warning that children and small animals must be protected from it!!!!
Here you are, writing a wonderful review and I am still struggling with getting all the pictures into an album. I think I took 120 pictures on our whale-watching trip -- four of which were actually good enough to print. The entire trip was so much fun. Happy memories all around due to so many super people on board. Dave and Leialoha made it extra special. :):):):)

Since I contributed to your pre-planning, I am anxiously awaiting the rest of your story. I thought we had a fantastic cruise!!
You all were great in the passenger show!!

I think it looks like a shark after a little fish.

The monument in the park in Edinburgh is the Sir Walter Scott Memorial situated in Princes Street Gardens. Your comments brought back the memories of the lone piper in the park. We were there two years ago and it was an elderly gentleman attired in his full regalia and kilt. We were fortunate enough to attend the Royal Military Tattoo at the castle and it truly was an awesome evening.
I am enjoying re-living the trip through your eyes. You write extremely well and your stories are quite entertaining. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you for taking the time to "take us along".

I now need to correct myself. It is "Samothrace". The statue is also known as "Nike".
-
I feel very bad in having to correct you but the statue you have labeled as "Pegasus" is, in reality, the "Winged Victory of Samaranth". This is submitted with all humility.

Loved the picture of Mark sitting on top of one of the basalt columns. He seems like a pensive Irish lad looking out to sea and dreaming of what might be across that vast stretch of water. Your pictures have all been great. Thanks for helping me re-live some of my past adventures. Keep 'em coming.

I hope your husband realizes what a fantastic wife he has!! Hopefully, the door swings both ways and he would plan special events for you also.
