  1. Thanks, all, for the great comments. I hope to go, someday!
  2. Thanks, all, for the great answers. I am going to have to try Viking Ocean, considering the changes that Princess is making.
  3. I am a Princess cruiser, but I am not happy that Princess is eliminating walkable, sheltered promenade decks from the new ships. Do Viking Ocean ships have nice, sheltered, walkable promenade decks? Thanks in advance...
  4. When I was on the Star last year to Hawaii, all of the aforementioned production shows were super high energy and they were just great! I didn't mind seeing older shows again when they were that good. Please enjoy! ๐Ÿ™‚โ›ด๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽผ๐ŸŽง๐ŸŽ™๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿณ
  5. It does bother me if I walk in and take an empty seat, and then have someone tell me the seat is saved. The rule is no saving of seats, as is often announced.
  6. Thanks so much for the good news about the sofa, chair, and table. Great!
  7. Thanks for your review. Did your minisuite have a sofa and chair and small table, or did they remove some of those?
  8. Thanks, all, for the clarification concerning RT Vancouver cruises. I have embarked in Vancouver a few times, but it was always for a Vancouver to Whittier or Seward trip. I was hoping that RT Vancouver would be better.
  9. If my cruise is round trip from Vancouver, U.S. Immigration should 't be involved, should they? So wouldn't round trip from Vancouver be smoother?
  10. Glacier Bay is a totally different experience from Dawes Glacier/ Endicott Arm. Both are good experiences. You should do Glacier Bay at least once, so if you can spring for it, do it! If not, Dawes/ Endicott is good, too. I am happy that I have done both.
  11. And, this is my picture of coming into Honolulu, early sunrise, starboard side๐Ÿ™‚
  12. I still say that the starboard view of Honolulu is spectacular, when arriving after 4 days at sea. Another view, however, is the one from above๐Ÿ˜Š This is my picture oft the Arizona Memorial, as taken from the Princess Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour, last March๐Ÿ˜Š
  13. I agree. No one in their right mind is going to question a seven year old girl. Enjoy your cruise!
  14. Great picture! This picture shows how great the starboard view is, when coming into Honolulu. Also, it is easy for me to be up at 5am. Hawaii is 5 hours behind Chicago time, so, for me, 5am in Hawaii is like 10am in Chicago. It is easy for me to be up early. It occurs naturally๐Ÿ™‚โ›ด๐Ÿณ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ›ณ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒ…๐Ÿ™‚
  15. Yes, I respect your views, MTJSR, as I have often read your posts. I am hopeful that Princess will take action to fix the problems. I will follow up in April, with how it worked out.
