  1. did not hear from my agent. at 4pm called the company. talked to another agent. She said I have to e-mail a signed cancelation notice, which I did and they received it. they had my agent call me back. She said she put my cabin on hold. But said the price would be almost $1,000 more. this month is past cruise discount. She did not even check if I was a past passenger. She said she would look into it and send me an e-mail. She said the easy saver is just for booking on computer., but I can send them a e-mail as how much I want taken out each month. I still feel its poor customer service.Still waiting on the e-mail.

  2. I called yesterday about cancelling my cruise on Encore in January and rebooking on Carnival Sunshine out of Charleston. My Sister who lives in NC has cancer and she is 83. We where to go next year 2021 cruise, But decided to visit her this coming January instead of waiting. I told my agent the room I wanted. only one left on the side I want. And I also wanted the easy pay. After the down payment they take out each month for three months. She did not know what it was. I told her its right on the web site. She said she would have to get back to me tomorrow. (after my room is booked by someone else!) She said she did not know much about Carnival. That scares me. I seem to know more then her.

  3. I called world points and they told me I cannot go from an OA to a BA with my 30,000 points. I would have to go to a BF. which it would not be cost wise to do. I'm on the Encore the 5 of Jan 2020. Booked in an OA GTY. Not sure why TA booked me in a GTY. It is same price as a numbered cabin. Now not sure what to do.

  4. I booked a New Years cruise on Anthem of the seas this coming December. My Travel Agent put us on MTD. My wife likes traditional dinning. she is a diabetic and needs to eat at 5:30 or 6PM. The travel agent said there is no wait list. Last January there was a wait list and we ended up getting switched to Traditional dinning, On Grandeur of the seas. If we have to do MTD so be it. But if something opens up that would be good and we could get switched. So wait list or not?

  5. I have the 3 day offer for specialty dining when I booked. I plan on buying two more day package. My question is will I get 5 nights of dinning in any specialty dining venues on my 7 night cruise or is there any restrictions in the offer. Also does NCL have discounts on there packages from time to time like Royal Caribbean does.:)

  6. was wondering if you can change cruise insurance you already bought. I bought insurance when I put down payment for NCL Bliss. But now I'm thinking of going on the New Years Cruise out of NJ on Anthem. would cost me less. I would have to change dates, ports. amount would not be much different. can that be done? Trough travel guard AIG travel.

  7. I tried to check with online TA about a sailing from NYC on Jan 2 2019. They still have the Breakaway as the ship. and I get an error message when I click on it. Any idea when they will update the ship so I can check on the sailing. I do not want to call them as I am very early in my process. I also have a res. on the Bliss the same time. Going to try and talk my son into going But I need all the facts so he can make up his mind.
