Ok, so for anyone else who doesn't know how to use the NCL website, this is where you go. It really isn't that hard, and no - it is not normal to spend 1.5 hrs to accomplish this. If you're not computer savvy, try just calling them next time instead.

    www.ncl.com

Log in with your username/password. Click 'password reset' if you don't remember it.

Go to 'My Account'. It will bring up your booked trips. Click the reservation for the one you care about doing things in.

Then go to Explore & Plan up top and pick "Dining" (or excursions, or upgrades... whatever it is you're trying to do).

Select the restaurant you want to make reservations for and pick a date/time and party size.

If it says too early to book - you're too early. 130 days out for Haven guests, 125 for platinum and club balcony suites (I think), and 120 days for everyone else. Peek in the top right corner to see how far out you are.

This is helpful, thanks.  BTW we are on the same cruise in September.

This was added before I had my own PCC - I just booked with whoever answered the phone (I now have someone I deal with directly) but I don't think I mentioned anything - it is Christmas week though - maybe I said in passing the trip will be acting as our unofficial honeymoon as we were married during the lockdown (so I could get into Canada - long story involving an overnight to Las Vegas on the way from South Korea to Ottawa) and had to quarantine immediately, then he went back to work... this will be our first holiday since the wedding but I don't think I have mentioned it to anyone at NCL with any intent...

I had it on mine too. No clue how it got there.  There were even two slips in my cabin to turn in for free cake.  I kept forgetting them so never used it.

  3. I'm trying to figure out how to fill the Greek plf out for cruise stops (we embark in Rome).  Can anyone that sailed already tell me how they did it?  Did you just use your first cruise stop?  I can't see where to note which stops.  Thanks!

That's why obituaries never include the deceased persons house address. Far too many burglaries occurred while the homes occupants were at the funeral.

Off topic, but I had never thought about that before until our next door neighbor's (town fire chief) father passed away.  A manned patrol car sat in his driveway during the wake and funeral.

We are on the September 13 Getaway cruise.  70+ days out and I have received a welcome email from NCL and the pre-cruise concierge.  I don't think we got this close on our last cancelled cruise.  Fingers crossed!!

Fingers crossed for you.  We are on the Getaway on October 25.

It might have been. I honestly don't follow European sailings as closely. I know the Jade was part of the return to sea, because it is supposed to be the first NCL ship to sail. Joy and Gem were originally supposed to be sailing out of Jamaica and the DR. Then Bliss was supposed to sail to Alaska. Joy's crew is getting moved to the Encore for Alaska. Not clear when Joy will get a new crew and be able to resume sailing, but I know it will be November at the earliest now. Gem has now replaced the Sky out of Miami. Breakaway was originally supposed to start sailing to Bermuda out of NYC in mid-October, but three earlier sailings got added as part of the Return to Sea. It is just so impossible to predict what will actually happen based on the little info we have.

Thanks for the response...I'm new to the NCL boards, but already know you are a respected poster.  Seems to be a giant game of "musical crews."   I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed its a go and if not, I guess I'll do a land trip somewhere over there lol.

Just want to clarify that Epic, Bliss, and Getaway all have sailings listed for the Fall, but they seem the more likely be cancelled, because they are "old" listings, meaning they were not added as part of the "Return to Sea" plan... they are just old sailings that haven't been canceled yet.

I'm scheduled on the Getaway in October in the Med.  I thought it was part of the return to sailing?  Do you know which ships were part of that?

Not sure I understand what you're saying... you said you booked the air through NCL but then it sounds like you "cancelled" the air?  Am I reading that right?  They'll let you cancel that with an appropriate refund?

Need to work on my reading comprehension, sorry about that.  I missed that you are already ticketed.  My circumstance is different.
