I have booked inside; ocean; balcony and suites. When we sailed Allure the inside cabin was plenty big for the two of us, we like the darkness in the cabin for sleeping
My bookings vary based on the ship, I will do my research first to see what size the largest inside cabin is, for instance its not worth booking a inside cabin on Princess their cabins are way too small, I book only balcony on Princess
Holland America has large inside cabins and those are my first choice
RCI again depends on the ship, the inside cabin would have to be like the Allure cabin, if not then a balcony or a family ocean view.

I have allergies during certain times of year and forgot my over the counter pills. I was so congested and couldn't breathe until we got off the ship and had to purchase them in Cancun, it cost 6 times the price. Lesson learned

Love the photos, thanks for sharing. Do all family ocean views have two windows? I am still hunting down pictures for the Vision of the Seas Family Ocean view cabin but can't locate an updated photo.

Great review....I have to ask what was your cabin number down in the dungeon oh I mean the lower lower deck.

Golden Princess Cabin A317 and A321 on the Aloha Deck....our TA said this was the best floor and location. Not with a pool over our head and chairs dragging at 5am every single day. No thanks, I learned my lessons
1. Never used that TA again
2. Always check the decks above and below me

We are staying at the Hilton Airport hotel arriving at 10am on a Friday. We only have 1/2 day really to tour the city before we go to the cruise terminal on Saturday. What would you recommend as the best way to site see for half day?
Your opinion is greatly appreciated.

Has anyone stayed in any of the 6 Family Ocean view cabins, they are:
2032
2532
3032
3532
4032
4532
I have searched for recent photos or You tube videos for any of these cabins. The photo they have on RCCL website is very old. If anyone has any photos I'd greatly appreciate it if you could post them. Thank you

Thank you for your very detailed review, I loved all the photos. We are sailing on Vision later this year and we are so excited. I did have a few questions:
You mentioned the "Latte Tudes" has free coffee does that include the pastries I also saw in the pictures? Also What time does Latte Tuedes open in the morning?
In one of your photos you showed the shower/sauna/steam room, do they have a Unisex sauna/steam room or are they inside the men's and woman's private shower area?
Thank you again

Lisa,
While you were on the cruise did they ever have happy hour, cocktail specials? On other lines they have happy hour in several lounges before dinner.

Loved the review, thanks for posting. We will be sailing on the Vision next year and we are excited as well. The only question I had was on port days was the main dining room open for lunch?

Thank you for taking me along with you on your cruise. All the photos and the details felt like I was there with you.
I saw photos of your cabin earlier in the post and did not see the TV in the cabin. Is it the older tube or did you have a Flat screen? I heard there was a refurbish in 2011 and was not sure if that included the cabins.

Don't forget about the laundry bag special. We love it.
So true, the mid-week laundry special is great. I rolled our clothes and was able to fit 3 days worth of shorts; shirts; undergarments etc. Well worth the money and all delivered and folded the next day. No issues with colors or losing any items.:)
Have you ever eaten with the Captain?
in Royal Caribbean International

If so, what was the dress attire? Business casual (jackets for men/dress for woman)
What is the menu like when eating with the Captain?
