  1. It would be better value for you to use the vouchers on adult drinks and just buy the kids there drinks.

Each voucher can be used up to value of €8. While a coke is €2. It's one drink per voucher so even if you wanted 4 cokes you would have to hand over 4 vouchers , the kids could get any non alcoholic drink they like including smoothies and fruit juice. These drinks are still half the value of alcoholic ones.

Drink vouchers are exactly that. Anyone can use them,

Oh wow. Didn't know that. I just assumed that vouchers for kids were different in some way. That's a great idea.

  2. We were on the New Years cruise, so that might be different but the shows were The Voice (singing) Mask, Motown (new show with three guys) Treasure Island (pirates) Witches, Michael Jackson tribute and a tribute show to the band Queen.

Themes were white party on formal night, Italian party, Fluo party (glow), Flower Glory (70-80's) and tropical.

It's too bad that MSC does not provide the information pre-cruise because most guests don't know about it.

I've always wondered about that. Other cruise lines have similar parties (white party, etc.), but how are guests supposed to know before we get on board?

  3. Someone mentioned here on the board that after the Divina dry dock in October kids' menu was discontinued in the MDR. Did they reinstate it? Or maybe I misunderstood something.

Oh - I'd love to know the answer to that question.

  4. We've sailed on deluxe oceanview rooms on the Breeze, and I recently searched for an upcoming cruise on the Vista - which I knew had the same rooms - and it now says that the max is four for these rooms. I expanded the search to the Breeze, Magic and Dream, and had the same problem. Is this a mistake, or an actual change? I still see 5-person rooms on some of the older ships, but that's not what I'm looking for.

    thx.

  5. Still waiting.

Breeze cruise, Jan 17, 2015. Been checking constantly, and still the only excursions listed are for Nassau. Should I find it surprising that no other excursions are listed - especially FTTF, which is what I'm waiting for?

  6. The FTTF for January should have been available, we booked a Christmas cruise about a month ago and was able to purchase FTTF, there were only 3 left at that time. They only release a few in the beginning and then release more closer to the time, I think I read that it depends on how many Platinum guests there are as to how many FTTF tickets they release.

    Keep checking - good luck!!

Doesn't it seem strange that there are only four shore excursions available - all for Nassau? We've booked this early before, and there has always been the full offering of shore excursions available.

  7. We booked the Jan 17, 2015 Breeze sailing. I'd like to purchase FTTF, but it is not yet available. In fact, there are only excursions listed for Nassau, which is our first stop. I find it strange that the usual Miami stuff isn't at least there. Any idea when I can expect this to change?

  8. I think you hit the nail on the head! I wish they would give previous guests the option to use it at anytime. I mean, the drink is going to cost them the same amount of money, no matter when you get it...

I guess they figure if they made it valid anytime, then close to 100% would get used. If only for sea day brunch, then what, 25%?
