I got an email from Zac this afternoon that stock certificate was approved so I went to app and redeemed it, put in cruise information and about 20 minutes later checked my cruise and on board credit is there! Yeah!

I got the app and uploaded picture of stock proof with my account information blocked out. I did have to try multiple times before it worked but it did and I got an email saying it was received and would hear back in 2 days. It’s the third day and nothing so I have now sent an email and got an automated reply from Zac so now I am waiting. I agree with others that wonder why Princess had to change what was working.

I was unaware of the policy change in regard to combinable OBCs, and so was refused SOBC as MOBC had already been applied.
The cruise was paid in full in May.
I am a bit narky that others have been able to have the credit applied waaay in the future, but because we have to wait till under 90 days to apply, it is "too bad, so sad".
I’m also a little narky that others don’t have a problem and got it applied way in the future. I tried to send mine in early also. I’m in the US and sent mine in for my husband who is also the one with military OBC and never heard back but didn’t think it was a problem until I just read all these posts and now I guess it’s too late. My DH also never got any correspondence about the change. I would not have known if I had not read it here. I just wish I’d seen it sooner. Oh well -
Just saw something someone onboard post on Facebook that they were told they could no longer exchange mini bar set up for coffees. The poster said it just started today .I’m very disappointed. Anyone else hear this. Anyone onboard that can confirm.

My DH and I are going on Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas with our 3 daughters, husbands and 6 grandkids. Our reservations were made with different travel agents. Our reservation says we have open dining. Since we are new I’m not sure how to get the 4 different cabins linked with the same dining time. Is that possible? Could someone please walk me through what I need to do. Thank you! Diane

I learned something also. I never thought of putting future cruises together on the same form. Now I’ll try for the two coming up in august and next February. Thank you!

Just wanted to add a positive note. I called when I had trouble with app a week ago chose the option to have them call me instead of waiting on hold and got a call back about 30 minutes later. Very nice person told me to delete the app reinstall and log in with booking number not password and that was the fix. All is working great for my upcoming cruise in March! So very happy with Princess but understand the frustration when it’s not working for you.

I called today and was told to update the app and that worked. Now I can choose a boarding time and buy the internet plan. I had just updated maybe 2 weeks ago but now I’m happy it’s working.

Is there a certain number to get help with the app I can’t purchase medallion net before my cruise in 45 days. It’s not showing up as a choice on the app. I want to get the 50% discount for buying before the cruise.

I would say $200-300 for the one night and it would be great to be able to walk to a play that Sunday night. I have no points and usually stay in big hotels. We get in about 10:30 am Sunday morning and get on ship Monday. The ship does come back to New York City. Thank you!

Flying into LGA on Sunday morning august 13, 2023 and looking for one night hotel and best way to get to ship. Itinerary says ship leaves from Brooklyn or Manhattan. Would love to see a show Sunday night. I know it’s expensive in New York but hoping not to have to take out a loan. Any advice much appreciated.

When I got the reply from askoceanmedallion it said I could get ocean ready and book dinner reservations which was not my problem. When I went into the app the internet was showing as 50% off so they did fix it even though the email reply did not mention my problem purchasing medallion net.

I emailed with all my information Thursday afternoon and heard back from them Friday night about 36 hours later which I thought was great and they fixed the problem I was having with medallion net (it wasn’t showing 50% off but now does)

Askoceanmedallion@carnival.com is what I used when I emailed on Thursday and I got a reply last night that it was fixed and I should be able to get ocean ready. When I went in I had the discounted medallion net rate so I purchased my internet plan. Hopefully it is fixed like the email said and I won’t have any more problems.
