Looks really similar to AIDA layout wise. If you look hard enough there's even colors in the shape of lips haha.

Still here! Not an active poster much anymore, but I still read daily.

I wouldn't put too much thought into it. Looks like someone just edited it into the Wiki page quickly. They didn't even format it into the table properly, and they don't have a source or footnote.

Definitely a visually striking ship. Nice to see Celebrity having their ship shows some artistry in it's architecture.

I really do like how many pools the Seaside has.

According to this article, the models above are/were on display in their Southampton offices back in January. They do look almost 1:1 to the Costa renderings so there's no doubt in my mind that the images above is probably what we'll end up with.

I'm assuming Waterworks will be moved aft like Sunshine?

Congratulations, you made a better ad than the actual company itself could. That was seriously impressive.

Now is this for Carnival Cruise Lines? Or Carnival Corporation, because if the latter I get the feeling it would go to a line other than CCL.
EDIT: Nevermind, missed the very opening lines in the article lol. Exciting!

Simply stunning.

Now thats one beautiful ship.

Amazing video. Couldn't help but notice that there really is not a lot of deck chairs on the Escape. Beautiful ship nonetheless.

Looks like the bow but upside down.

Great news! Looking forward to my first Guy's!

Great pics! What a beautiful ship - I'm surprised at the amount of pools I see. I am assuming the glass roof area is also a pool? Is that one private?

No video,,,I pulled them from the power point presentation which was shown during the press conference at Fincantieri in Monfalcone on Monday.:)
Just came across it. Said was available to book this November (if I read correctly) - interested to what the prices are like!
-
So where were those renders from? Is there a video I'm missing?
-
And to think if we just waited a few more days...great deal for those looking to book!
-
Wow this ship is beautiful. Keeping my eye on this one.
-
Oh good! I cannot wait.

Having only been on the Sensation and Destiny, the Destiny is my favorite for it being a bigger ship with more to do. Of course, when I sail the Magic next year she'll no doubt be my new favorite.

Was your Splendor cruise the originally scheduled repositioning cruise??
No it was just a 7 Day Caribbean cruise MIA-MIA.
-
Since our October 30 2016 Splendor was cancelled, and were not switched to anything, we decided to move over to the Magic for October 29. So essentially the same time of cruise, and duration, except now we get a better ship and better ports! No problem with this. ;)
We also got $50 X 3 for onboard credit. A win for us.

All the dining looks phenomenal imo. Love the varied decor.
