My daughters profile has the wrong VIFP number. But don't see a edit the VIFP number available in the profile. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks

So we booked a few months ago for April 2023. But just ready about filling out the "vaccine Attestation" tonight. So I try to submit step 1 of Vaccine Attestation and a receive an error "An unexpected error occurred. Please see logs" Any ideas?

The 8 of us are already linked together. We have tried to work with the Maitre D' before on sitting assistance once onboard it it was a no go.

I am traveling next year with my family of 8 on a booked cruise. I have very limited hearing and do wear hearing aids. In loud rooms with lots of noise it can be very overwhelm to my hearing to process and can I shutdown quickly. If I able to sit near the edge of a large room without loud noises I do much better. In the past when sailing with smaller group I been able to get the maitre D' to move us, most trips. However I contacted my PVP to make some sort of contact with customer service. Only to get told to contact the maitre D', but that has not always worked with groups of 4. Is there a email or phone I can contact to get support with getting an assignment table on the edge or on the far side of the MDR away from the busy action, etc. Thank You

We were under the lido deck once, only once. I only have about 30% hearing and don't wear my hearing devices at night, at the noice was very noticeable until about 1am. I would not do it myself. We are now very careful to look at the room locations above and below us now.

Called the PVP today and he was able to remove it on CCL book database side. My DD received a $200 CCL giftcard from her work today. When she applied it to the cruise it has the correct address. Thanks

So we have are paying for our cruises by part of credit / debit cards and also carnival gift cards for 3 different rooms. So if for a unforeseen reason carnival cancel our trip, as they have done unfortunately to some cruisers. How do they refund the payments made by carnival gift cards? Are these credited as FCC or do they issue a new gift card, etc. If they issue it back on a gift card has anyone experience this and how long does this take???? Thanks

When we check our profiles are address is correct and current. When we make a payment it emails us, but includes a 6 year old physical mailing address. We can not find where this is at to change it. thanks

We were inquiring on this vs the spa as well. We have always enjoyed the spa cabins on the upper floors becuase of the less people up there. We have seen videos the the Havana pool/bar area was only exclusive only up to 7PM. After 7PM it is open to the general public, can someone confirm this? Thanks

So we understand the sodas is limit to a 12 pack per person, with cans only, not sure whey cans only. But my adult son wish to bring Bang drinks which are sold only as 14 ozs. Does anyone have some experiencing to bring these onboard? Thanks in advance.

You don't need to buy the protection via carnival. I also purchase better coverage for our family cheaper from outside sources.

I was looking at the Carnival Gift Card available for AARP members online. I am curious have other AARP members purchase these to pay off the cruise balance. Also can the be use for purchases online for specialty dinning, internet etc. TIA

So when you go to one of the ports of call can one bring on a few cans of soda back on the ship?

We have been on 13 cruises in the past. But due to a move and life we are not starting to sail again. We use to carry on or in luggage reasonable about water/soda bottles on to the ship. Has this policy change? Thanks Dan
