Nobody get offered 50% off a next cruise. We were offered 50% of what we paid for the cruise minus port taxes as FCC or we could take 2 days of what we paid in cash.

I heard the Captain state that it was a failure if an electrical board/component......didn't hear a thing about propulsion issues at all.

Sorry....don't agree with you. We are not children....we would like to KNOW what is going on. Reassurances without explanations are not reassuring.

We are onboard the Onward. Very concerned and disappointed at lack of communication. No explanation as to cause of failure. Been about 8 hours since any communication as to what is going on.
