According to Adam Goldstein they do not have plans to put a Quantum class in Alaska and he also believes that class of ships cannot call at the key southeast Alaska ports. I would not be surprised if most or all of the Quantum class end up in China.

Then how can you explain Norwegian Bliss a 168,800 ton ship going to Alaska? If that ship can fit I'm sure a quantum class will fit as well. Quantum class ship has one up on bliss. It has North Star.

I think it will boil down to competition with other cruiselines. If they can retain their loyal following by avoiding west coast ports, which are expensive for many reasons, then they won't need to return

You guys will call me crazy. You guys will want me to be in a straight jacket for saying this. But I'm putting money a quantum class ship is coming to the west coast to do Alaska. I guarantee it. 1st is has to compete with a large size ship that NCL will put up in Alaska. And when the technology announcement was made Richard rain specifically mention both the Verazanno and Golden Gate Bridge. It's gonna happen folks. Just watch. Mark my word.

Question... let's say you do a cruise that starts in the states and end in Canada. Will there be any issues going from the port to the airport to leave Canada? With a 10+ year old dui.

Planning a Europe cruise next year. At least 14 night. Wondering what are your recommendations for laundry. Since I never been to Europe don't know if laundromats are an option. Is the wash and fold on board worth it. I don't want to be carrying 14 days worth of cloths with me.

Be warned they do daily authorizations on your credit card. I have $972.14 still pending even though they have run the final charge. Been on hold for 40+ minutes with RCCL trying to get them released. She told me that Citi Cards usually drop 30 DAYS after the cruise ends.

Do you get 1900+ points ( if you have rccl credit card) since it takes 30 days to fall off? Would be nice if you did.

Currently on Adventure staying in a JR suite. This is the life deep tub to relax in. Extra space. Yes the coffee maker is a generic me. Coffee machine. It be nice if it was a keurig so I can bring my own flavored coffee k-cups. Hopefully next ship they would upgrade.

Going on the dec 10 cruise. Initially had a deck 12 balcony stateroom. On of the unfinished room deck. Our travel agent did her magic and moved us to a JR suite. HAZAA!!!!!

A radiance size ship with an esplanade.

I saw it for a brief second on Facebook but it disappeared short after. But did anyone see the bionic bar commerical with the song "made for you." It was so good it brought a tear to my eye.
