We found that Bonine works better than anything we have used for seasickness. It's fairly non-drowsy and it's OTC - we got a big bottle from Amazon.

Here is a slideshow from our whale watching tour in Juneau May 2009. We have been 3 times since - all in May, but this early May trip was one of the best. No Bubble feeding, but a ton of breeches - even several Orcas. Every time is different. Harv and Marv do a good job.

We did the Ruby a few years ago and going again in May on the Ruby once more. Club Class was awesome! Also There was a local storyteller /musician who comes onboard in Skagway - Steve Hites. He's a great entertainer - tells the story of the gold rush and performs songs - some he wrote and other fun Alaska songs. We brought our kids and they loved him.

The Ruby does have "Medallionnet Premium Package 7-Day" - for $59.99 (pre cruise) I just ordered it for our sailing on May 11. I've heard it is fairly fast and you can do streaming. Not the true full meal deal - Ocean Medallion yet that has all the cool bells and whistles.
