We had the most amazing day in Puerto Vallarta yesterday. We did a cooking class with Cookin' Vallarta. Chef Enrique met us in a market not far from the port. It was a small group of 8. We shopped for ingredients and he told us how to pick fresh fish, produce etc. There was a tortillas factory there and we saw how they were made as well as hearing about Mexican culture. After shopping Chef brought us to his beautiful home where his wife and friend were waiting and welcomed us. We sat at the kitchen island and watched and helped prepare some amazing food and then enjoyed eating it. Besides the best Mexican food I ever tasted we had the best fresh squeezed Margaritas 🍹 ever.
