You All forgot ..... cruising is not for everybody.... I like cruising but I LOVE a beach, all inclusive vacation.

Does it happen often? We booked our flight with Princess, hopefully we make it save and on time to Fort Lauderdale. But how is it in other ports,, I don't try to miss the boat,,,,PROMISE! :D

Are the wine packages on every ship? We are on the Emerald (10 days) in March, can we buy a package.

How long is the trip and how much cost the train though the sugarcane fields?

For me it is not just "decent wine at a reasonable price", it is simple a money question. For a glass of wine at the pool from plastic glasses to pay 6,7,8 $ and more is a lot for my feeling. It was so nice and simple to just get a bottle in any port and...... fine. I did not had to feel like "the little bad girl" needs to hide. I guess I need to deal with it and make the best out of it. ;)

Well ,,,we try in Mai Celebrity the first time, we will see how that works with a drinking package.

How do wine boxes work in suitcases? Has somebody experience with that?

2 years ago we cruise the Emerald Princess and will do again in March.

At that time we where allowed to bring in every port wine on board. The way I understand it now it is no longer allowed any more. Is that right and if so will it be enforced. Very sad if that is true!

Bill do you know that the cabin is bigger or do you guess. Why do you like the aft more than the front. I'm not very experienced with cruises, sorry about my silly question.

I like the maybe little more space in C106 in the front of the Emerald.

I like A749, in the very back, have the one pool just one level above and there is a little deck very close by at this cabin. :confused:

Is it passable to by a classic package with alcohol for my husband and one with out alcohol for me? I drink very little alcohol, so it is easy to pay as I go.

We like to stay in an inside cabin ( there is no 123 promotion) for this trip in Feb.

It is just a quick idea, so we would like not to spent to much money because we go later in the spring on a cruise in Europa. Than we have a balcony and the 123.

I call it a surprise cabin.

Now I'm not sure if it was a good idea to save us money and normally we not fussy.

We booked a Ocean view and got P 230, I read it is very noisy.
