Could someone direct me as to how to file a complaint from a recent cruise. I did take my complaints & pictures to guest services while onboard but received no satisfaction. To me having a dirty cabin along with “hair balls & hair pins” on the cabin floors & dusty bedside lamps & tv stand makes me wonder how clean do they constitute clean. After 7 days, it should had been taken care of but it was in the same condition the day we disembarked as it was when we embarked.
Thanks in advance.

Its been 3 yrs since Ive cruised with Carnival and we didn't have assigned boarding times. How strict are they with boarding times? I'm disabled & was wondering if they would allow me to board earlier.

Do you remember the charge & is this something we would need to reserve upon embarking or can we pre-book these cabanas? Also, are you able to have massages at your cabana and what is included in the rental?i haven't cruised since 2015, I didn't see any mention of placing your luggage in the hallway by a certain time the night before; is this still the process? We are 2 disable ladies, you mention in order to get good seats at the Illussion show to get in line 45 mins to hour ahead, it's impossible for us to stand that long. What do you recommend? Any recommendations for a massage in any of the ports? Any particular favorite shops to visit while in any of the ports? We will be on the New Years Eve cruise; I'm assuming there will be a NYE party of some sort. Other than the "white" party, were there any other theme parties? I enjoyed your post and appreciate the time you took from your vacation to update us! I'm sure I'll be rereading them multi times before we depart. Thanks in advance for any answers and recommendations!
Yes. You can rent deluxe beach cabanas or no-do-deluxe pool cabana for the day. -
Are these rentals?
Ahhhhh,,, the staff is preparing our villa with hammock.Hmmmmm,,, maybe not.

Do the paint classes change? I'm doing same itinerary in December wondering if we will paint something different.
We did not get a Vibe pass. There are enough free seating for us.Canvas by U is offered 4 times on this cruise for $35 each. NCL corporate selects the painting by region.

I'll be following your post every day! Doing this same itinerary over New Years; I've not cruised since 2015 and many things have changed. Thanks for all the info, looking forward to what's to come. I saw that Margretaville is open for breakfast, is this a sit down dining service or buffet?

I haven't cruised on NCL since 2014 and I see many changes. What is a VIBE pass? I'm cruising over New Years, booked inside cabin but my friend is a platinum member. She will be on a b2b cruise; since we will be roommates & I'm joining her on the 2nd part of her cruise, would I board with the platinum guest? I've never cruised over NYE, is there a big party? And will all the xmas decorations still be up during this week?

Arriving prior to cruise departure is spent on the beach. There are times we have beer (cans) left over. Instead of leaving it for the hotel maids, can I pack & bring onboard with me.

What itinerary did you have? Do you have copies of any daily papers?
I am also interested in this info. Sailing the end of the month! !

I'm looking for the Fun Times including Falmouth, GC & Cozumel. Would love to see a scan for the week! Thxs

We just got back yesterday from Conquest.I have the Fun Times for the entire 6 days...will scan and post by the end of the week....elegant night was Tuesday (first sea day) and Thursday (Cozumel).
I look forward to reading the Fun Times! How do they pick which color you should wear or is it your own choice?

This may be easy for the younger generation but at my age I like the KISS approach (keep it simple stupid). I have tried several times to search for a future cruise and have given up. May end up having to use one of the "other" sites for cruise info. I bet there has been a increase of calls at CCL.

Hi,
Sorry I didn't save any of the papers. Perhaps if you asked a specific question folks could answer you even if we didn't have the Fun Times saved to show you?
BTW we did Ocho Rios and not Falmouth on our 6 day cruise which also went to Cozumel and Grand Cayman.
What were some of the "theme" nights? Is there a "white" party; toga, etc?

Looking for any help I can get!

I'm interested in seeing the Conquest daily newsletter (I know it's not the Capers but can't remember the name) that includes the ports of Falmouth, GC and Cozumel. If you have these, could you please post for me.
Thanks,
Vee

My friend who will be cruising with me has never been to Grand Cayman. There are 2 things she would like to do:
1. Swim with the stingrays
2. Go to Hell
I have looked into this and figure I will need to book both separately since that's all the touring we will be doing. Any suggestions on a tour company to Stingray City only? What would a taxi cost from the pier to Hell?

What would you like to know? Gary
I would like to know what type of theme nights? Was there anything special going on besides the normal activities?

Has anyone recently returned from the Western Conquest cruise? Looking for info.
-
Has anyone done the rose hall tour without going through the cruise ship? How was it? How much would a taxi be to get there?
I am also interested in the same info. Only thing I've come up with is purchasing a private service for x amount of hours and using them as you want.

Still looking for massage info!

What is the distance from Falmouth to Montego Bay in Jamaica?
We are two people...how do they usually handle getting a taxi to Dr. Cave Beach in Montego Bay? And for a return? How or who do we tell we need a taxi return?
What kind of fare can we expect?
I am also interested in these answers! I want to be able to come & go as I please so an excursion is definitely out of the question!!

I love beach massages and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on where to go for a massage. In Playa Del Carmen I had a massage every day for a week; at $25 a hour I took advantage. Didn't want to ferry over to Playa while in port but I will for another inexpensive beach massage!
