For those of you that have received FCC for a price drop after final payment how long was it before you received an email from NCL or TA?

We also used Italytours.eu. It was an excursion from Naples to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. We also used Driverinrome.com for a tour from Livorno which was a wine tour in Tuscany and surrounding countryside. Both tours were excellent, and I would not hesitate to use either tour company again. We did end up sharing some tours with other cruisers who posted on the roll call. Enjoy your cruise!

I am looking for information about opening and hours for Splash Academy. It is my understanding that Splash Academy is closed while in Bermuda, but is it open on Tuesday evening when sailing from Bermuda?

Thanks for the great review. Our family will be doing this cruise at the end of June. We are very concerned about Splash Academy not being available while in Bermuda. We have specialty restaurant reservations for the 6 adults but did not include the 5 children because they wanted to go to Splash Academy. I contacted NCL to inquire about this policy for the upcoming summer months and was told that Splash Academy is currently back to its full schedule and the hours are posted in the daily planner. I then told him that photos of the daily planner are currently being posted on cruise critic and Splash Academy is clearly not open while the ship is docked in Bermuda, to which I received no reply. Hopefully we can get a more definitive answer from NCL before I try to add 5 children to our dinner reservations.
