We booked this almost 2 years ago. At that time we got a large OBC & price was low. -
We are also on Halloween cruise. Oct. 29th. This is the third time in the Horizon. It is our favorite ship, at this time. When we went in April, they had a special on the specialty dining. A package for dinners at the specialty restaurants. You purchase on the Lido deck. I am sure you will enjoy the ship.
