Hello! I am hoping to get some guidance on transportation from Southampton to London. We will be traveling on a Sunday in April 2024 and will need to get from the cruise port (assuming disembarkation by 8:30) to our London Hotel (The Dilly) to drop our bags, then on to Buckingham Palace for a pre-purchased tour by 12:15. Should we try to go by train (and if so, to Waterloo then Piccadilly Circus?) or would it be better to take a cab/private car and if so, what is a recommended cab service?
