I always treat my self to a massage on board. I always dreaded the hard sell. The last time thanks to someone who posted it , I wrote on the paper they have you fill out about health PLEASE no hard sell on products. It was nice nothing was even mentioned and I just had a lovely massage!

Enjoy! You will love the 10 day vs 7. Able to get in the liming mode so much more. Once you do 10 day it is hard to go back. We do balconies for special occasions but never mind the inside or ocean view. We spend so little time in room. You might find the cruisers older on 10 day but will be very seasoned. Enjoy your cruise!

You said you upgraded your drink package. Do you think it was worth it on such a port intensive cruise? We liked the molecular bar on Solstice but had not decided if we should upgrade or not. We usually only drink 3-4 drinks a day.

Also I like when you include prices because it helps to give an idea of what to expect.

Would love to read any report if you have one when you stayed each week in Paris and Rome before.

Thanks everyone I will look for later flight. We fly out of Chicago. The problem I was having is so many return flights had a overnight in layover city.

Equinox arrives at 6am can you make 0920 am departure time? Any tips in booking flights. Time frame has just came out for booking. Is it better to book now or better prices later? Cruise is not until Oct 14?

We got off the Summit a week ago and had vouchers. We loved them. We liked you could order anything in Classic package. We met people in different bars and was even able to get dance in before dinner.A couple of nights got drinks and went up to friends family veranda to watch sail away. Stopped and got a glass of wine each night to take into dinner.the times for use was still 5-7pm. One night week asked for beer not to be opened and enjoyed it later on cruise.

We just got off the Summit and we found the food to be exceptional in MDR. We had someone at our table who was on B2B and he recommended the prime rib. I never get it in the dining room. I gave it a try and we all commented on how well is was cooked with good seasonings. I loved getting the escargot from the left side of the menu.

Our table ate at the Normandy one night and we all commented that we liked MDR just as much. My husbands lobster was of course better in Normandy and the rack of lamb seasonings very good in Normandy.

We usually are not buffet people. We found the Asian and pork, turkey, ham very good on buffet for lunch.

I am one that loves MDR for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I miss the MDR not being open for lunch. We had a port intensive cruise so it was not open all week. People who did B2B said they served them a lovely lunch in MDR on turnaround day.

For me the anytime dining worked great picked time, same table and set it with same waiter all week. Had wonderful service.

We were on the second leg of your cruise with you. Your son is adorable and very well mannered. We were lucky to share our table with Santa and his wife. He mentioned your son several times and enjoyed sharing Halloween treats with him.

We found the MDR very good this time. Our service from Fernando was exceptional. We had anytime dining for 8 people and made our reservations for the same time and waiter each night.

We tried to get reservations for Qsine on the first night we boarded and it was full except for late hours .There was a large group Global who monopolized several venues on board.

We ate at Normandy with coupons our travel agent had given us. I did not find the food exceptional here. It was just ok.

Loved the 3 coupons each for drinks for Elite. Several times we got our drinks and went to friends who had a family veranda in aft. It was the first time we had this option and loved being able to go to different bars to meet up with friends.

Wonderful cruise and only disappointment was the limited playing of music in revolution lounge before and after dinner.

Thank you for all the time you have invested to give us such a detailed report. I am loving it and tuned in to see if you had written anymore today. What a treat. Your mom is so lucky to have you surprise her with the Dolphin adventure even if it is something you are not interested in. Enjoy the time you have with her although I don't have to tell you that you already are sharing special moments with her.

Any plans to do Mediterranean Cruise? I would love to follow your detailed info for that.

I loved the Solstice except for the small dance area in the forum. So back to Summit for us, we love to dance before dinner.

We too fell in love with the molecular bar.The martini flights were and experience at the martini bar.

I started reading you report when you first posted. I went away on cruise for a week came back and was excited to read your next installment. I would get excited each time I found a new post. It was worth the wait. I was seeing the pictures of him proposing tears were running down my face. Congratulations!! I don't know you but I do know you are a remarkable woman.
