So HBO isn't available as a pay option in the room?
Funny this thread was posted. My wife and I were just wondering what we were going to do with missing one week of GOT when we cruise in May. 😁

The flights are identical between the Vista and the Horizon unless the Horizon is brewing a limited variety. The tour is 25.00 and includes a pint glass filled with your draft of choice.
Awesome, thanks.
(by the way, I grew up in Vineland....go Phillies!) 🤩

How do the beers compare?
I really enjoyed the flight of beers at Red Frog on the Vista. Hoping the Pig & Anchor ones are good too.
Did anyone do the brewery tour on the Pig & Anchor? I thought I read that they have one. Is it free?

I agree with the steakhouses not really being worth it.

To sum up in one word- AWESOME!
Similar in layout to Vista with a few upgrades...
Elevator is computerized now, much less waiting .
Schwartz was our cruise director, very cool, reminds me of Matt but.
Matt is still the best.
food quality was great
waterpark was awesome I did both slides and I turned 50 on this trip 😎 and became a PLATINUM member 🥳 love the perks!
Any questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks for the pics. My wife and I did the Vista last year and we are doing the Horizon next month.
Did you try Guy's Pig & Anchor? Is the pizza still good?

How much are they charging for Coronas these days?
What about shots of booze?

I printed my docs last night and I can confirm that my Horizon cruise out of the Port of Miami has the zone numbers too.
It still gave me the option to choose an arrival time window (I chose 12:30 to 1:00 PM) and it shows me as boarding zone A2. I don't have the early boarding FTTP or whatever it's called.
-
Does anyone know if this goes in order of when you check in? Is it first come, first serve? Meaning that if you check-in as soon as you can, you should get an earlier zone boarding time?

Not sure why they couldnt keep the cigar bars around, you could have an airtight door easy enough so as not to bother anyone else. That used to be a very enjoyable hang out. Bring a little class :--)
I was on another ship....I think it was the Norwegian Getaway....that had a sealed room (no bar) where you could sit and smoke a cigar. It had big comfy chairs and books all around. Very nice area.

Yeah, use Uber or Lyft....if old school, use a taxi.

Also, if you have a Citi credit card and have access to their "Citi Easy Deals", they had the gifts cards at 10% off.

It will tell you on the slot machine on the little display next to where you insert your S&S card.
Even if you switch to a new machine? Will the new machine show your accumulated points?
Thanks.

25 years old? Was he rooming with his mom or something?
Very odd that she was looking for him.

What part of Mexico?
If you stay with other tourists and on reputable tours, the probability is very high that you will be fine.
(just don't go googling the video of the Cozumel ferry incident....yikes)

Is there a way of keeping track of how many points you are accumulating as you gamble on board? Is it reflected in your account somewhere so you can see it?
-
Keep in mind that if you received a form 1099 for gambling winnings, the IRS has received a copy as well.
These winnings, without a doubt, need to be reported or the IRS will be looking for you. I wouldn't recommend lumping it in with other winnings. If you received a few 1099's for gambling winnings, I'd suggest showing them separately on your tax return.
*Insert disclaimer here about this not being tax advice and you should consult a tax professional. : )

I would guess "no". Do they say Magic on them?

Pedo or not, RKelly has made some jamz!

Does anyone know if the Carnival ships have the "Chance!" slot machines?
I am referring to the ones that go crazy and will spin sometimes spontaneously without hitting the spin button.

A USB rechargeable vibrator.
No batteries to replace and easily recharged, as long as the ship maintains power.
There’s a reason Carnival is called the Fun Ships!
They make those? Link?

Multiple bottles of sunscreen
Cash money
Water shoes
Cheap waterproof wristwatch (for when in pool and need to bounce for an activity/show)
Vitamins/Airborne or Emergen-C/some cold medication

Yes, quite a bit more (hundreds more, usually).
Yes, it is worth it, imo.
So I'm buying Cheers. Make me a believer.

You have to estimate how many drinks you will have (be honest) and do the math.
For a lot of people, they end up losing money by paying for the Cheers! program.
