No, they are not. That is the whole reason for this thread originally. The point the OP made was that children are "not allowed" at Chef's Table, but yet again Royal Caribbean was not enforcing it's own rules.

Just b/c Royal chooses to ignore their rules, does NOT mean that the children are technically "allowed". If you pass a police officer when you are speeding and he doesn't pull you over, it doesn't mean that speeding is "allowed".

I would if I could. And that really is the issue here. Adults are not allowed in Ocean Adventure and thus do try. Children are allowed at the Chef's Table, and thus, when their parents feel like spending that kind of money on them, they attend.

I just checked my confirmation from RCCL....the email they sent me to confirm my Chef's Table reservation on the Oasis. I didn't recall if it had an age restriction...but it sure does. I highlighted it in pink. Here is part of the email confirmation:

 

Reservations are for 7:30 PM and dinner is approximately 2 ½ hours long. Dress is smart casual except on formal nights where formal attire is also appropriate. Charges will be made to your Seapass Account once you are onboard. Cost is $75.00 per person and includes gratuities, guests must be 21, and penalty for cancellations within 24 hours is $25.00 per person.

Hmm, I haven't been on the class of ship Radiance is part of (will be on the Radiance this July). I don't see it in a list of the ship highlights on the RCCL website...but who knows how accurate that is.

If you dont mind me asking this question on this thread, is this something that is offered on all ships?

No, it's not. Someone far more versed in RCCL than I will provide a better answer to your question.

The only place I've seen this is on the Allure, though I'm sure it's also on the Oasis. It might(?) be on Freedom Class ships, and I have not seen it on the Navigator (Voyager class).

So if I had to guess I'd say "no" on Voyager class and down, maybe on Freedom class, and yes on Oasis class.

Anyone know for sure? I don't feel like dealing with the turtle-slow website to get the answer.
