  1. Use this handy dandy spreadsheet which includes virtually every beverage sold by Princess to know how much tour favorite drinks cost. Virtually ALL drinks onboard are $10 or under and thus covered by the package. Prices are before gratuity - which is included in your package. If you choose to tip a bartender additional at time of getting your drink, feel free - it's appreciated, but not obligatory as gratuities are covered by the package for included drinks.

Remember, package covers ALL drinks $10 and under including bottled water, soda, specialty coffees and teas, non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, wines by the glass, mixed drinks, beers, shots, etc..

    Enjoy.

Went to your post 205 but could not open it. Did I do something wrong

  2. When I booked my Island Princess cruise I was able to get this promotion. I have read that it only covers drinks up to $10.00. Do they add tips to this or can you. I love mud slides and would like to know the cost of them also. Does anyone know if they have milk shakes on this ship also. Thanks if you have any information.

  3. A Disclaimer, because Jerome and I, being so well known around the globe for many reasons, we need to explain.

We were to be married in May, 2016, at Walt Disney World, in a big splashy incredible wedding that was ten years in the making. The wedding ceremony was to take place on the roof top of The Contemporary Hotel during the fireworks display, with a Todd English reception to follow. Everything was paid for and prepared.

Then we were to be married again, as a surprise on the High Seas, On The Harmony Of The Seas, just a purely ceremonial event, but to be gorgeous with all our friends from around the world attending. Didn't happen, unfortunately.

Jerome's father passed away suddenly earlier in the year, and then me, getting into a horrific car accident to which I was hospitalized for a month, it became impossible to have our newly "Legal" wedding ceremony take place as planned. I ultimately had two spinal surgeries and was told that I would never walk again.

Just so you all know, with God's help, I did fine. I was able to walk and sit, with some restrictions, not that anyone would know. I could walk again, that was important, thank you God, very much.

Don't ever tell JW that I can't do something, ever. I will prove anyone wrong. God takes care of me, no matter what. I believe in GOD, therefore I will.

Miracles do happen and I am a living Miracle.

This young girl was texting in her Daddy's Cadillac, and I was at a dead stop, up ahead of her, with my turn signal on. I was preparing to turn left, when suddenly and without warning, (at was a documented speed of at least 55 mph), this young lady, all the while texting, rear ended me and careened my car into someone's front yard, ultimately pinning me in my vehicle.

Those incredibly gorgeous Firemen Rescue Guys, these real Yummy Calendar Men, (Oh Grow Up! As Joan Rivers would have said) had to use their hot tools to extricate me from my car. Can you say "Happy New Year?" All I can remember was that I already died and went to Chippendale's Firemen Heaven. God Bless our Firefighter Calendars!

I was so delirious in pain and happy to be so Man-Handled...........(Oh come on, so would most of you!) that I have little recollection of the actual horrible accident, other than the pictures. Many of the Firefighters came to visit me at the hospital and told me that I was one of the "lucky 10 percent", as the accident could have gone so the other way, with me not surviving. They called me "The Miracle". Personally I dubbed myself "The Miracle Queen", just sayin' Mr Fireman, "Now please take your shirt off!". Who needs pain killers when you have six, seven and eight packs? Yes Jerome, you can call me "Slut" now.

I had not intended to mention this, or how important this cruise really was to me, but since it was brought up, and why we did not sail on the supposed Greatest and Largest Ship ever built in a day (The Harmony of The Seas Inaugural) for our wedding cruise, I guess that you all needed to know why we didn't, straight from me.

Karma is most certainly a Bische and I am grateful that she is. Thank you God and His Universe for all your blessings.

This is the first time I have every read a post by you. What a great person you are and now have opened my eyes to you and other people.

With Gods help you are a person everyone loves. Your writhing is so great and you as a person are great also. I was an asst manager for a chain rest for 3 years and yes I would do anything for the customer. An on any ship I wall always say THANK YOU. I have never been on a bad cruise as I make it my thing to never bitch about anything and at 77 life is to short on to enjoy what you have. God will take care of me just like he did for my daughter (at 38 an to young to go to see him and my wife is also with him) Keep up the great review and many more in the futcher. May you and your friend have many more years ahead.

  4. Just an FYI to everyone, here is our upcoming cruise schedule confirmed so far:

August 20, 2016: 8 Night Norwegian ESCAPE, Recap sailing

October 27, 2016: 10 Night Royal Princess Halloween Cruise

December 31, 2016: 7 Night Carnival Conquest New Years Eve

I know that we will be scheduled for a Norwegian sailing in February or March, and I also want to go on the Norwegian Sky somewhere in there too , for a three/four day booze cruz.

Any suggestions? Who is sailing in February/March? You know that I have to get to Golden Level in the Casino by March 31st.

I am getting on the ship on August 28 when you get off. Going to miss all the fun

  5. If you look at the proxy statement (which is sent to shareholders or available on the NCL website for anyone), it actually documents what FDR was paid, by category. This may be slightly more accurate than some hack web site which shows what he was "payed" (sic), as in - he wasn't given $31 million in cash.

Since people can get sued, fined and jailed for false proxy statements, I'm assuming they're more accurate than someone pulling out one number.

    Here's FDR's break-down:

    • $1,837,500 salary
    • $10,276,315 stock awards (stock, not money)
    • $17,752,083 options awards (options to buy stock, not stock, not money)
    • $1,903,799 non-equity incentive plan (money, I presume)
    • $140,651 other compensation (benefits, 401K matching)

That's the $31,910,348 from the "article."

So, he got a lot of stock which is only worth real money if the company does well enough to keep the price high until he can sell it - and there are time limitations on when it can be sold.

He got options which are only worth money if the stock is worth more than the option on the day it is exercised - which means the company has to be doing well, and again, he can't exercise the options immediately.

Is he overpaid? Possibly. Did he walk away with $31 million cash? Hardly.

Would you take it if given to you. Stocks will be money when you can sell it.

  6. Chet, loved your photos, looks like you had great weather. We are hoping for the same. Did you get many comments on the Seahawks jersey? We are trying to come up with something to wear in Portland ME since we are from Portland OR.:D I don't think the Seahawk gear would go over very well in Boston :D

Looks like you rented a car most of the time - did you find that cost effective? and how did you know what you were looking at/for - did you have some kind of tour book?

There was a lady on our meet and mengle group from Sydney Aus that booked most of our trips. We were in groups of 6 most of the time. The price was about half of what the ship wanted and we were able to go places the ship big bus could not go. Love the ship tour of Boston after the cruise and it droped us off at the airport. The float plane was a blast and we did that when we got off the ship 1/2 hour ride for 1 to 4 people at a cost of $300.00. Just me and my son went. Glad you like the pics.
