I am due to sail on Divina later this month, has the rules changed on bringing on hair straighteners or hair dryers, or are they still allowed?

What’s the latest time you can disembark your cruise in Rome? I’m due to cruise on Divina this month and my flight isn’t until 4pm. I’m in yacht club with diamond status, so I know that means I can stay in my room until 9am. However could I stay on board until 12?
