  1. My refund just came through for our March 19, 2020 cruise. 86 days since it was cancelled. What a relief!
  2. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company for our cancelled March 19, 2020 cruise. I feel a bit better now. They agreed that I had waited long enough.
  3. Hmmm, but my March 19th not refunded. Why would they not go in order of sailing date?
  4. I cancelled all my on board purchases for our March 19, 2020 cruise and it was refunded within a few days. I have not heard a thing from HAL about the cruise refund. It’s coming up on 60 days now. Our cruise was within the first week of cancelled cruises, there is absolutely no excuse for my refund not to have been processed yet. When it hits the 60 day mark I’m going to contact my credit card company. I’ve had refunds from 2 airlines and a hotel reservation made through Expedia come through recently. I’m not willing to write off this kind of loss. I honestly think that if they were handling
  5. Loving your review! I’m sailing on Sapphire March 22 for my birthday. It will be our first time on Princess too. I was on Millennium for New Years this year, in Halong Bay, Vietnam so it was cooler. We had a blast. Here’s a pic from NYE.
  6. I’m sailing on the first cruise on Quantum after it’s first dry dock. I can’t find any info on what is planned for this dry dock. Anyone heard anything?
  7. I’m on the November 16 sailing out of Singapore, just after dry dock. I’ll be interested to see how this goes. I’ve been on Several cruises out of Singapore and the guests are from all over, not just China.
