I have e-mailed several times without any confirmation. I filled out their day pass form. the activities director emailed back with a  reply to send how many, transportation from where, etc. i sent it back and several emails since with no reply and never have received a confirmation. Maybe not do in day passes anymore.

I think the difference is your with a smaller group van vs in a bus. I booked the exclusive before they offered the other one.

On my printed boarding pass it has diamond plus  . Choice. What does the choice mean?

Is Johnny Rockets included in the unlimited dining package? If so is the limit $20.00 as in Players club?

They moved me to the same cabin on deck 6 from deck 8 and gave me a whole $75 on board credit. As a diamond plus this has left a bad taste in my mouth. It should have been a easy lateral move.

I originally had a cabin reservation on Liberty which I paid extra to pick the cabin I wanted. When they moved our reservation to the Independence they changed our cabin to another one I didn’t pick. I’m not sure why but have a idea it’s because they could get a higher price now. What would your options be for compensation for moving us. I think it’s not fair not to get the cabin I chose in January and have to settle with what cabin they picked. What would you do in this situation?

I received my email reply. Same stock answers as was given to everyone else. They said compensation was fair. I guess we just have to grin and bear it. I do think it was a bait and switch. I guess my diamond plus status will stay there. We will now be looking at other cruise line. No more loyal to Royal.

We did a self tour on the Kona side a few years ago and it was a lovely day.  We went to the historic park (can't remember the name), two-step snorkeling right next door, a lovely little chapel with many hand painted murals, and another snorkeling park closer to the ship.  I would have to dig out my notes to find names, but it is easy to discover what you want to do according to your inteests online.  We also rented a car from the King Kam hotel  I plan to do the same next September.  Hopefully, we will find some new places to explore.  I do hope to work a coffee plantation into our tour at that time.
