Not wanting to highjack this thread but...what drinks are 20$. Just curious. I'm a Chardonnay drinker. Never come close to 20$. Again, just curious because Cheers works for us regardless.

Has anyone done this? My 9y/o GS wants to do it. What kind of sushi do you make. We will be on the Panorama. Any details/pictures would be appreciated. TIA

I have tried to find information previously posted but I can't. Can anyone share their experience with the "Deluxe Balcony Breakfast for two". Personal experience? Food? I see you can pick the date but no time, who do you speak to once on board?
Thanks.

Yes, you can. You will only be allowed to connect to one device at a time.
Thank you!!!

I am in a cabin alone and just purchased the 1 device wifi plan. Might be a dumb question but can I switch between my phone and laptop (while only being on one device at a time). Sorry, first time on Princess. Thanks.

I personally like this option.
If i'm relaxed, reading a book and don't feel like getting up to stand in a line, I'll pay for convenience.

We've always written in a PB&J and gotten it every time.

You MIGHT could just remove the child from your room and put in dad's room before the cruise. That would likely decrease your cabin cost while dad's would remain the same since you're paying double occupancy for dad's cabin anyway.
Even more ideal but we are early saver, talks of having us have to move cabins, fees...just wasn't worth it. I guess the main point of the question was...how do I compensate the new room steward and now I have options. :D
-
tell guest services that the boy is moving to Dad's room, his prepaid tips will move too.
That would be ideal. :D Thank you.

I see what you're saying. Maybe once you board you can ask at guest services. If his gratuities can't be moved, I'd suggest, to be fair to the burdened steward, you suck it up and tip in cash the money he'd be losing out on.
On further thought, you could remove the boy's tips who'll be staying with Dad and go to guest services and double the tips you paid for your son. Clear as mud?
Good idea...thank you!!!

I hope this makes sense. Leaving on the Miracle soon. Two balcony cabins with 4 in each room. My cabin has myself, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. My son, the father of my grandchildren couldn't go...until a month or so ago. I was able to get him an inside (but it is actually an outside, obstructed view with floor to ceiling windows). I paid the single supplement or whatever we are calling it today and had just planned on moving his son in with him. I've pre-paid tips but obviously there are four in my room and only one in my son's room. The cabin stewards will be different and my son's cabin steward will now have double duty. Will GS let me move my GS's tips to my son's room. Jeez, I really hope this made sense. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of massages however, my daughter and signed up for a hot stone massage together. We loved it. We had never had one before and haven't had one since so I can't compare. I will say we are both having them again when we board the Miracle this July.

Happen to have a fun times. Specifically wondering what activities are going on while Miracle is in Belize. It's our 4th time there and my daughter doesn't want to go Cave tubing again, my granddaughter is afraid to, so I was trying to see what they could do on the ship.

The one that someone else pays for. :d

One cruise, the lido pool was packed, as usual. Not too many loungers that weren't occupied by a person but I did see something with chairs that I had never seen before. One large group, that had what looked to be eight loungers together but then....12 chairs were brought over to "their" area from three tables. Saw people looking to sit and eat lunch, walking by these three empty tables with no chairs to sit in. Don't know if it's right or wrong and didn't care at the time either. Just felt bad that three tables were not usable unless you stood. I guess they could have sat at the three tables and they still wouldn't have been used by anyone else.

I put 15 one dollars bills in my pocket or lanyard pouch. Tip a dollar each time. When I'm out of ones, it's time to go to the cabin... ;p
I love this!!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. My kids are grown adults and capable cruisers. Looks like a back to back is in my future. Super excited!!!
-
Oh, thanks, I was aware of that. They walk you off, go through customs then back on board. I knew I wasn't clear. Because I will be cruising with two different people would I have to debark and embark with them? I don't want to have to repack.
-
I have always wanted to do a back to back and think I have found the one I want to do. My children can't take two weeks off so I was thinking, I would take one the first week and the other the second week. My question is...Would I have debark between cruises or would I be able to stay on the ship and just my kiddo debark and the other embark on there own? I hope that made sense.

I knew I would get an answer here. Background, my teacher friend fell in love with the Alchemy Bar last cruise and was intrigued with the vintage look of the table. His wife wanted to get it for Father's Day but didn't know what it looked like. Thanks to EM we found it and it can be purchased on Etsy. I have a very happy friend. Love this board! Most of the time. :D
High Seas Tea
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
I know the recipe for the Carnival High Seas Tea but what I do not know is what the mango ingredient is. I believe it is a non alcoholic mixer but could be wrong. Does anyone know? Possibly someone has a picture of the bottle so I can find out the brand. TIA
