  1. There were terms in my booking documentation. They stated it was only for use in the arcade and use it or lose it. The credit appeared on my invoice from the beginning. It was the ship that did not apply my purchases, then on the final invoice the credit was reversed. I have asked NCL repeatedly to show me where it says the games are restricted and they cannot. They showed me the terms of the Unlimited Arcade Package which I did not have.
  2. The credit was there until the final invoice, then the full amount was reversed. No arcade purchases were applied to it.
  3. We sailed in May. We had been given $100 in arcade credits through the warehouse store we booked through as part of the perks. When we used the arcade on the ship, none of our purchases were being applied to that credit (regardless of what game it was.) I went to guest services 3 times over this and they assured me it would be fixed on the final invoice. Upon returning home, I found it was never fixed. The only option I have found to contact anyone about this post-cruise is an online form. They responded that the credit only applied to certain games. I know if you purchase the arcade package that only applies to certain games, but this was an onboard "credit" and the only written terms and conditions with it in my booking documents stated "use it or lose it." I am furious over this. We never even would have used the arcade had it not been for this credit and being told on the ship to keep using the arcade and up to $100 of our purchases would be applied. Has anyone else had this perk and were your all of your arcade purchases applied to it? Does anyone know how I can contact an authority who can help me with this (I have already called Customer Service and they said the only means of contact post-cruise is through the online form)?
