We were a group and table of six people on the Solstice in Alaska and arrived 45 minutes late to the dining room from an excursion and we were seated with no problem.  Just walked in like we always did.  Waiter was very accommodating.  I believe we told the waiter we may be late the night before.

Headed to the Mediterranean in September.  Euro exchange rate is favorable right now.  Just wondering of the Olympics will cause the value of the euro to rise....costing more if I wait until we arrive....

I second the opinion to split up Vatican and Colosseum.  Vatican tickets go on sale 60 days prior and sell out in less than an hour.  Colosseum tickets go on sale 30 days prior and sell out just as fast.  We have used Romeinlimo for transportation every time we visit Rome and they are superb.  We will be using them on our visit in September.  You didn't say when you will be visiting Rome, so I hope you have at least 60 days to go.  Romeinlimo has also arranged a city tour for us before heading to the port, visiting Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and other spots.  Romeinlimo will arrange for a guide but they do not purchase entrance tickets.  I was referred to a business partner who procures tickets.  I intend to use her services and not have to fret over missing the sales.  

We are new to Princess.  Sailed Celebrity and Royal Caribbean for many years.  Can someone simply explain the dining room scenario?  Is there old time classical cruise dining with same table and waiter and table mates each evening where you just walk in to the dining room and go to your table? If there is no classical dining, must we make a reservation each evening?  

I have been through several travel agents, some through recommendations, some just through a random google search.  Some were gems, a few were duds.  One absolutely made a mess and thank goodness I am now with a fabulous agent who I have known for 30 years.  I have always booked through a travel agent over my 30 year cruise history.  

We sailed Celebrity Reflection this past February in a Celebrity Suite.  We had a hump suite and this is our HUGE triangle shaped balcony.  We always look for hump cabins for the larger balcony.

Purchased an excursion for our November cruise and now wish to cancel it.  Is there a way to do that online?  Been through all the screens and FAQ's.  No luck.

Not much enforcement with our decorations.  Ours are small and designed only to identify our cabin from the end of the hall.

Would like to make a reservation for Murano now before sailing in 2024 for a group of six - three couples booked in separate cabins.  How can we book a table together without one couple paying for all six at booking?  

I would never dream of booking a cruise without also booking outside travel insurance.  If I had to cancel and a nonrefundable deposit was involved, travel insurance claim is prudent.  

While the above takes care of the loss out of my pocketbook, it still galls me that Celebrity is keeping my money and adding to their pocketbook.

Well, after numerous tries and forever looking around for the glass, I found it.  I also filled out the survey and told Celebrity what I thought of the whole thing.

So this is why the cruise prices have increased so much????? to pay for this awful attempt at young demographic?  Sheesh...

Do you mean as part of the tray of small toiletries left in the bathroom?  We were in Celebrity Suite Feb 26-Mar 5 and I didn't pay much attention.  I usually bring all my own stuff.

We have used Ocean Explorers the two times we dove at St. Maarten.  Wonderful crew and very attentive and safe.  They picked us up at the designated place for private transportation and returned us afterward.  You have to walk all the way through to the other end of the shopping area, 10-15 minutes.  Fabulous experiences.

I have four airtags I used for our Alaska cruise last August.  They are still in the bags.  Should I replace the batteries before our upcoming cruise?  Remove the batteries when not used for a long period of time?

We have sailed concierge since 2012 and it has always been in the cabin when we arrive until our sailing on Solstice last August.  Was told we had to ask room steward for it.  Yet another way Celebrity is working on the bottom line.
