On my Harmony cruise over Thanksgiving, my son said that he was told there were about 900 teenagers onboard. He was good about coming back to the room by 1:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter. He said that security didn't enforce the rule against the kids who were just quietly minding their own business or peacefully sitting around chatting. It seemed it was more of a tool that could be used to keep the loudmouths under control.
